Nowadays,with the rapid development of the society,the power electronic devices are widely used,which makes the harmonic pollution in the power system more and more serious.Therefore,it is imperative to update the filtering technology.The inductive filtering is a new kind of harmonic suppression technique.Different from traditional filtering techniques,the inductive filtering is by integration in transformer internal and external tuned filter winding filter branch of superconducting circuits from transformer side restrain harmonic,not only has good filtering effect,and can significantly eliminate the bad influence of harmonic magnetic flux on the ontology.To inductive filtering technology used in ships,with a box type substation place tightly restricted space,and developed based on the theory of nonorthogonal decoupling integrated filter reactor technology,use of this technology will be integrated within the transformer and reactor with inductive filtering technology excellent filtering effect not only,but also greatly reduces the external reactor occupied space.This paper integrated filter transformer transformer and inductive filtering contradiction analysis,hope that through the analysis to reveal after joining integrated reactance winding transformer in the structure and magnetic properties of these two aspects of change.The following researches are mainly carried out:The basic structure and working mechanism of integrated filter reactance winding transformer are introduced in two parts:induction filter technology and transformer integrated reactor technology.Transformer induction filtering technology including the mathematical model of the harmonic,harmonic suppression mechanism and induction filter Settings of transformer winding design is introduced,and the impedance and transformer integrated reactor theory including decoupling theory and integration in transformer reactance winding decoupling principle is introduced.The integrated filter reactance winding transformer is integrated with the reactor winding and has a new winding structure,which is necessary for the modal analysis of this new winding structure.First this paper introduces the principle of vibration modal calculation and steps,and then to transformer and integrated filter transformer winding induction filtering respectively modal simulation calculation,get the two transformer of the first eight order natural frequency and modal vibration mode,the contrast analysis of two kinds of modal parameters of the transformer winding,it is concluded that the integration filter transformer winding structure with more stable.The integrated filter reactance winding transformer is bound to have a certain effect on the magnetic field distribution of the transformer.Field-circuit coupling theory based on ANSYS,based on the inductive filter transformer and integrated transformer electromagnetic field analysis,respectively,are two kinds of transformer core vector chart,winding magnetic flux leakage magnetic field distribution nephogram and winding electric magnetic clouds,through the analysis of these results have integrated the reactance after winding transformer changes in magnetic properties.
