People’s increasing awareness of environmental protection and the increasing shortage of petroleum resources have prompted the birth and rapid development of hybrid vehicles.Hybrid vehicles have the excellent dynamic performance of traditional fuel vehicles and the electric vehicles save oil resources and reduce pollution.However,in the process of designing a hybrid vehicle,the motor drive control system is a major problem in the design of hybrid vehicles.Based on the review of domestic and foreign literature,the following researches are conducted on the hybrid vehicle.The hybrid vehicle designed for the system uses a cost-effective,energy-efficient parallel architecture.Brushless DC motors are widely used in many fields because of their excellent dynamic performance.In order to better solve the problems of slow torque response,small torque,and robustness during motor starting,the direct torque control is adopted to eliminate some of the torque ripples during the motor operation and realize the brushless DC motor.Drive control system.In view of the phenomenon of integral saturation that may occur in the traditional PID control,an integral-separated fuzzy PID control method is designed.Quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization is used to optimize the parameters of the improved fuzzy PID control strategy so that the rotational speed system of the brushless DC motor can be improved.It has better dynamic performance.STM32F103T8V6 chip is adopted for the hardware of the system design as the control core of the brushless DC motor drive,and the detailed design of the hardware circuit of the system’s control system,such as the minimum system,the drive circuit,the rotor detection circuit,the power conversion path,and the over current protection circuit.Through brushless DC motor drive control system Matlab simulation analysis shows.Under the same direct torque control model of brushless DC motor,the control system of brushless DC motor using the optimized and improved fuzzy PID control strategy has controller parameters that can be adjusted online,and the motor speed is fast,robust and good character.
