The industrialization of buildings is the development direction of China's construction industry.The government is vigorously developing prefabricated buildings to promote the realization of building industrialization.The enclosing system is an important part of the building.The development and research of the prefabricated enclosing system is an important part of the development of prefabricated buildings.The enclosing system consists of two building systems: the roof and the external wall.The external wall enclosing system includes the exterior wall panels and doors and windows.The exterior wall panels can be divided into metal enclosure panels and lightweight concrete enclosure panels in accordance with the materials.Many forms.This paper combines the national project “Study on Subsystems and Standards of Enclosure Systems”(ID: 2016YFC0701604)and the MCC's Courtyard Renovation Project to implement a system for lightweight concrete enclosure panels.the study:The research on lightweight concrete wallboard technology and its standards was conducted.The force performance and thermal insulation performance of autoclaved aerated concrete wallboard,foamed concrete wallboard and polystyrene-concrete wallboard were analyzed and summarized.Problems in the containment system standards.On the basis of investigating the status quo of lightweight concrete envelope wall panels,the advantages,disadvantages,and application of lightweight concrete envelope panels with different materials and structures were analyzed.Combining the demonstration model house project,the design points of the lightweight concrete containment wall panel are given,which provides reference for the selection and design of the lightweight concrete enclosure wall panel in the actual project.A polyphenylene granule-concrete composite wallboard was developed,and the flexural performance of different types of polyphenylene granules-concrete composite wallboard was studied.The test shows that the composite wallboard formed by the inner and outer leaves of 25 mm thick C20 concrete and 190 mm polyphenylene granules concrete meets the design requirements for the outer wall of Beijing's enclosure.The method of using the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS to analyze the mechanical properties of the composite wallboard was studied.The experimental plate was simulated and compared with the experimental results.This method simulates the material nonlinearity of polyphenylene particulate concrete and ordinary concrete through the CDP damage model.This is a way for mechanical analysis of polyphenylene granules concrete composite wallboard.In this thesis,through the experimental research and finite element analysis of lightweight concrete wallboard,the mechanical properties of lightweight concrete wallboard are given,which can provide reference for the selection and design of lightweight concrete retaining wallboard.The establishment of the fence wall standard provides the basis.
