Development Of Special Signal Light Based On Self-coupling Inductance And Subsection Control Mode

Improvement of warning equipment and safety warning placement in all field of our life are evolved into one important channel of realizing modernization.In recent years,various kinds of small-sized special signal lights have stirred up popularity among our society.It has warning effects and it is used to avoid safety accidents to some greatest extents.The existing small-sized special signal lights are exposed to many defects, it won’t make convenient its use and maintenance of products.For example,as the range of input voltage is narrow,some products are needed when we switch input voltage.It will result in rich categories of products.And the stronger input voltage could be able to have surge current,causing harms towards circuit safety.Single flash mode of signal lights with fewer flicker functions is easy to weaken visually warning effects.Large volume of circuit board is unfavorable to product miniaturization,and this product has higher costs and lower security level doesn’t comply with stricter standards of European and American markets.So it is unable to open up international market.Given the above-mentioned problem,one kind of design scheme of special signal light based on self-coupling inductance and subsection control mode is proposed.First,input part has wide input voltage range and over-voltage protection.Surge current suppressed circuit is designed on the input part.When the range of input voltage is from 12V to 80V,surge current could be reduced from 11～5 5A to 10-60mA.And ensures great repetition priming character of signal light.Thus,the signal light could work after being recharged with 0.5s.Second,HV9910 is used to carry out circuit design in Boost converter based on floating mode.This part makes use of self-coupling inductance by subsection control mode.As there has 2V in input parts,10-78V is needed for internal working voltage when input voltage is 12-80V.When internal working voltage is 10-20V,compensation voltage converter will work.Then use the Boost converter which is based on self-coupling inductance and subsection control mode.When internal working voltage is 20～78V,directly use high voltage Boost converter to Boost the working voltage up to 270V.Adopting subsection control mode could be able to efficiently increase categories of input voltage.And it has convenient its maintenance and management.Finally,design of control and trigger parts use MK7A23P MCU and 2P-DIP switch to control system.Using set flash mode so as to display the various effects of functions of signal lights.And adopting high voltage pulsed trigger circuit to trigger working signal so as to achieve strong flash mode.The experimental results prove that the special signal light in this paper has surge current far below 1A.Interval of repetitious starting shorter than 0.5s within wide input voltage.It has strong capability of anti-interference characteristic and strong stability.Its working efficiency is more than 90%.It has wide range of input voltage,great repetition priming character,tiny volume,higher efficiency,lower costs,stable operation and marked warning effects.It will expand products of international signal light industry,and will provide reference for innovation of signal light.
