The development speed of China's national economy depends on the energy consumption.The rapid development of Lingyuan city construction has greatly promoted the progress of the central heating.The implementation of city central heating improves energy efficiency,reduces air pollution,dismantles small boiler buildings,saves expenses,manages reasonably and improves heat addition quality.Central heating project is an infrastructure project of urban construction,important sign for a modern city and measure for the rational distribution and utilization of national energy.This paper analyzes some problems about central heating and energy sources utility through the reconstruction project of Lingyuan city central heating system.This paper based on thermal engineering theory introduces the general situation of Lingyuan city and the current situation of central heating system and puts forward the existing problems in Lingyuan heating system firstly.Then according to the current situation of heating system in Lingyuan City,this paper puts forward the concrete energy-saving reconstruction scheme.Reform dust removal and desulfurization equipment of Antai Lingbei and Antai heat source plants to meet the dust and SO2 emissions of national energy conservation and emission reduction policy requirements.Use waste heat recovery technology and install a heat pipe economizer in the end of each boiler to save coal.Use "three rings" heating system for Antai Lingbei heat source plant and use "two rings" heating system for Antai heat source plant.Make a concrete analysis from eight aspects of type of heat network,heating network laying mode,pipe insulation,pipeline and accessory set,pipeline across the way,special heat network and user connection,hydraulic calculation,heat network operation regulation mode.According to the heating scale,heat load distribution,topography and other factors,set 57 heat exchange stations including 3 building heat exchange stations.Select the project that is 37213 square meters of Lingyuan City Xinxing comprehensive building as a pilot area and compare area heat exchange station and building heat exchange station.The results show that in the actual situation,area heat exchange station is better than building heat exchange station.Under the condition of reasonable heating scale,the larger the heat transfer station building area is,the better area heat exchange station is.Use heating network monitoring system and energy management system to control Lingyuan city central heating system automatically for scientific management.At last,evaluate Lingyuan city central heating system from economic benefit,environmental benefit and social benefit.Through the comparison on economic benefit of before and after the energy-saving reconstruction find that operating costs can be saved 9623000 yuan every year,investment recovery period is about 12 years,and the economy is reasonable.Through the comparison on energy saving benefits of before and after the energy-saving reconstruction find that the reducion of atmospheric pollutant emissions of CO2,NOx,SO2 and TSP annually is respectlly up to 14.817kt,0.046kt,0.358kt and 0.770kt and after energy saving benefits of before and after the energy-saving reconstruction amounts to a total of 6241000 yuan.Through the comparison on social benefits of before and after the energy-saving reconstruction find that the implementation of the energy-saving reconstruction can increase the popularization rate of central heating,improve the environment,promote the development of circular economy and reduce the labor intensity.The energy-saving reconstruction of Lingyuan city central heating system is feasible in three aspects of economy,environment and society.This paper based on fundamental theory,according to the running situation of Lingyuan city heating system,puts forward energy-saving scheme.Provide a reference for the subsequent energy-saving reconstruction heating system and promote the development of the cause of central heating in China.
