Rail flaw detection equipment is an instrument that uses nondestructive testing technology to detect the surface,interior,bottom and waist of rail track of rail transit.At present,the Rail flaw detection equipment used in our country is mainly manual push Rail flaw detection,supplemented by large Rail flaw detection.The main non-destructive testing techniques used in Rail flaw detection equipment include ultrasonic flaw detection and electromagnetic flaw detection,and ultrasonic flaw detection is mainly used to detect the damage of rail waist and rail.Electromagnetic flaw detection technology is mainly used to detect the surface damage of rail surface.The manual push Rail flaw detection instrument used at present has high accuracy and low leakage rate for rail damage detection.However,the manual operation with professional experience is needed in the process of flaw detection,and the surface of rail should be cleaned,so the efficiency of flaw detection is very low.The large Rail flaw detection cars are imported in a small amount in China,which can not meet the needs of a large number of railway track inspection in China,and at the same time,the time requirement of flaw detection is very strict.In conclusion,the detection equipment of our country needs further development compared with the detection demand of railway rails in China.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)A Rail flaw detectionSimulation experiment system based on Electromagnetic tomography technology is designed.The mechanical structure is used to simulate the vibration produced by the train body,which provides an environment to simulate the running of the train.At the same time,the Anti-interference control of the train vibration is realized by mechanical structure,the distance between the sensor probe and the rail surface is controlled in real time,and the on-line Rail flaw detection is realized.(2)Mechanical part:The Rail flaw detection simulation system consists of bench support module,Simulative vibration module and Anti-interference control module.The innovation includes:the design of the Simulative vibration module,and the simulation of the vehicle body vibration by the linear motion module.The Anti-interference control module is designed to control the anti-interference motion of the sensor probe through two intersecting linear motion modules.(3)Hardware part:the control circuit of Rail flaw detectionSimulation experiment system is designed and built.System Mainly include:main controller,ranging sensor,power supply circuit,stepping motor drive circuit and communication interface circuit.(4)Control algorithms part:analyzes and studies the vibration produced by the car body during the running of the train,investigates the vibration of the high speed train,the medium and low speed train,and the subway operating train.According to the given train vibration frequency,the PID control algorithm is realized by using the main controller.The parameters of the algorithm are debugged in the case of Simulative vibration,and the Anti-interference control is realized.Finally,the Rail flaw detectionSimulation experiment system based on Electromagnetic tomography technology is successfully developed to simulate the train vibration and anti-interference control.The main purpose of this thesis is to develop an experimental system which can simulate the actual train vibration and realize anti-interference control at the same time,which provides an experimental environment for further development of high-speed Rail flaw detection.
