With the development of national economy and national defense,the application of electric cylinder is widely applied to engineering practice.Because the working stroke of the singlestage electric cylinder is limited by the size of the cylinder body itself,it can not meet the need of large working stroke in the large working condition.The volume of the multistage electric cylinder is smaller and the weight is lighter than the single-stage electric cylinder on the same stroke.In many applications,because of the limitation of volume and weight,the multistage electric cylinder has a better application than the single stage electric cylinder.But the structure of multistage lead screw electric cylinder is more complex and the transmission mechanism is more,the efficiency loss link is relatively increased.It has certain theoretical value and application reference for the research of the influencing factors of the efficiency of multistage electric cylinder.This research mainly focuses on the factors influencing the efficiency of multistage electric cylinder transmission and the structural parameters of the electric cylinder.The experimental results of the optimized multistage electric cylinderverify the rationality of the research conclusion.The main contents are as follows:The theory and analysis of the main links and parameters of the single stage electric cylinder and the transmission efficiency of the electric cylinder are made.The efficiency analysis and optimization of the structural parameters of the single stage electric cylinder are carried out.The change rules between the transmission efficiency of the ball screw and the nominal diameter of the screw,the guide and the guide angle are analyzed.The influence factors of transmission efficiency of electric cylinder gear motion pair are studied.By analyzing the structure of multistage parallel cylinder of multistage electric cylinder,the mathematical modeling of transmission efficiency of parallel multistage screw rod is established,and the functional relationship between multilevel screw efficiency and structural parameters is deduced.The change rules between the transmission efficiency of the multistage screw and the nominal diameter and the guide range of the screw are analyzed.Based on the transmission efficiency of the multistage parallel screw theory,establishes the mathematical model with the optimal transmission efficiency as the goal,using the method of mixed penalty function method combined with genetic algorithm,the simulation calculation and analysis,obtained the optimal solution of the approximation parameters,obtained the parameters of efficiency optimization model,and analyzed the the inner relationship between the optimal efficiency of load and structure parameters.According to the influence of the structural parameters of electric cylinder on the efficiency of electric cylinder,combined with the conclusion of finite element analysis of mechanical stress state and modal analysis,a structural model of electric cylinder is designed.A test platform for the transmission efficiency of multistage electric cylinder is designed.Through the loading device and the corresponding data acquisition and communication system,experimental verification of the multi-stage electric cylinder based on the best efficiency is carried out,and the rationality of the conclusion is verified by the test.The conclusion of this paper can provide reference for optimal design of multistage electric cylinder.
