Concrete is one of the most important structural materials in modem engineering architecture.The quality of the concrete structure will directly affect the safety and durability of the whole building.Therefore,the quality inspection Concrete is one of the most important structural materials in modem engineering architecture.The quality of the concrete structure of concrete buildings is particularly important.In this paper,by studying the ultrasonic propagation mechanism and the characteristic and concrete in the concrete defect detection methods,the main research object is voids and non-compacting defects caused by wooden rods,mud inclusions,debris,an ultrasound-based concrete defect detection system was designed to provide an effective aid for the research and application of ultrasonic flaw detection in concrete buildings.First of all,by using ultrasonic non-destrmctive testing technology,this article analyzes and summarizes the propagation characteristics of ultrasonic waves in concrete media based on acoustical theory and theory,and then analyzes the main ultrasonic acoustic detection parameters of acoustical,acoustic velocity,amplitude,and frequency in concrete.First by simplifying the model with the intermal defects of concrete,analysis of internal defects of concrete on the effect of ultrasonic wave arrival time and propagation velocity.Again from aspects of acoustic scattering,with the help of MATLAB,this paper simulates the free ball scattering sound field and shows comparative analysis,so as to study concrete hollow defect on the sound amplitude,acoustic time and sound velocity.Then,based on this theory,the work was carried out to design an ultrasonic-based concrete defect detection system based on microelectronics,computer technology,and sensing technology.The whole system includes hardware circuit design and software design.The hardware part mainly includes ultrasonic driving circuit,ultrasonic receiving signal conditioning circuit,and data acquisition circuit.The high-performance ARM processor S5P4418 was selected as the main controller,and the overall system achieved a compact design.The overall Linux system platform software design,including data acquisition drivers and applications,through the QT host computer to achieve ultrasonic acoustic detection in the concrete parameters,waveform storage and human-computer interaction and other functions.Finally,the whole hardware and software debugging of the system was performed.After the acoustical verification of the system,the test of concrete defect test blocks was completed by transmission method.The abnormal points of defects were detected through data processing and result analysis,and the feasibility of the overall system was verified.
