with the China's rapid economic development,the rapid growth of the incidence of heart disease in China is the most deadly three diseases,coronary heart disease and obstructive pulmonary disease(copd)in the brain storm,the three diseases account for 46%of deaths in China.Three of the most deadly diseases,cardiovascular disease,are two.Therefore,regular cardiac examination is essential for the prevention of cardiovascular disease.In view of the high power consumption,easy to fall off the line interface,high cost,and the professionalism of electrocardiogram(ecg),the traditional electrocardiograph in the hospital has problems.This paper designed a model based on the Android portable ecg monitor,intelligent diagnosis of ecg signal acquisition device by single lead electrode probe,ecg signal disposal AD8232 modules,embedded STM32F407 microcontroller,a 3.2-inch touchscreen,bluetooth HC-05 module,etc.Electrical control module includes instrumentation amplifier,high-pass filter,gain adjuster,low-pass filter,the reference voltage buffer,integration,right leg drive(RLD)amplifier,etc,combined with digital kalman filtering and iterative filtering method,realized the filtering clutter noise in ecg signal detection.According to the samples of mit-bih(arrhythmia database),the wavelet multi-scale decomposition and reconstruction algorithm was used to preprocess the electrocardiogram signal,and the baseline drift and electromyographic interference were eliminated.Using the wavelet transform modulus maxima detection the principle of singular point,combining with difference threshold method,put forward a kind of recognition,R wave peak and along the side looking for Q wave and S wave at the end of the starting point of QRS wave extraction algorithm,through the Matlab software simulation,obtained the RR stage between,between QRS time parameters,such as,real-time diagnosis combined with clinical data to construct the decision tree ecg is abnormal.In order to be able to call these two algorithms on the mobile phone client,the relevant algorithm code was written in the C++ language and compiled into the.so library file,which was implanted into the mobile phone client.Android mobile terminal function includes bluetooth transmission and data processing,real-time drawing Surfaceview,using JNI call development.So the two algorithm of intelligent identification,SQlite database of user information management,doctor-patient instant messaging system,smart phone message alarm,health knowledge base,and other functions.
