With the rapid acceleration of the pace of the process of urbanization in the urban land increasingly tense centers,in order to meet the needs of the growing travel, business, stop function, rail transit and other, the transformation of existing buildings and comb In ed with the construction of the city has become a inevitable from the building very close to the design and construction is a inevitable development momentum. The construction behavior of the existing buildings will certainly affect the structure of the adjacent tunnel. This paper is based on the Chongqing Rail Transit Line 3 Industry Trade and Industry Trade Building renovation project as the project background, analysis of rail transit structures caused by the transformation of existing buildings,in order to provide engineering experience for similar projects in the future. The following problems are analyzed in this paper.(1)This paper for existing buildings transformation behavior(New podium and new underground garage pit excavation behavior)and tunnel deformation problems, analysis of the foundation pit excavation tunnel mechanics model and excavation of the mechanism of impact on the tunnel.(2)On the basis of extensive collection and analysis of the data, the relative position between the industry and trade building and industry and trade station was analyzed, and the influence of the transformation of the industrial and trade mansion on rail transit was judged and predicted.(3)The numerical analysis method, are analyzed using the midas-gts software for trade and industry building transformation behavior(New podium and new underground garage pit excavation)impact on rail transportation structure.(4)The principle and method of engineering risk analysis and evaluation are introduced, and the risk of rail transit is analyzed and evaluated in this paper.
