| In recent years,with the continuous promotion and implementation of national policies,urban underground comprehensive pipe corridor project is like a raging fire across the country,how to improve the engineering efficiency has also become one of the focal points in the development of pipe gallery engineering.At the same time,along with the continuous development of information technology,BIM technology has been widely used in various engineering fields in China,and the function expansion based on BIM technology has become a new direction of building information development.Therefore,this paper attempts to explore and develop a collaborative management platform based on BIM technology for pipe gallery engineering,in order to improve the efficiency of collaborative management between design and construction stage.This paper has also carried on the theoretical analysis before the platform establishment,has set up the technical development in the establishment process,the concrete content is as follows:(1)By collating the status quo of domestic and international pipe galleries and analyzing the relevant requirements of the project in the construction process,the development direction of the collaborative management platform for pipe gallery projects based on BIM technology is established,it analyzes its significance and applicability in improving the collaborative management efficiency of the pipeline project,and finally determines the research thinking of using Unity3 D as the platform’s development core.(2)Collaborative management based on BIM technology needs to take the information of structural model as the core of management,and the normalization of model information is one of the basic elements of the cooperation of BIM technology among the participants.Through collecting and analyzing the related standards of BIM at home and abroad,this paper tries to establish the BIM modeling standard of pipe gallery engineering,and designs the component information standardized from the aspects of component name,definition,usage,mapping and so on.And the application of the standard is carried out through the establishment of a large pipe gallery engineering model.(3)There is a problem of missing data interface in the process of publishing BIM model from modeling software to platform development software.In order to realize this process,the secondary development of Revit data export is carried out,the component information in the BIM model can be exported by one key through a plug-in program designed by myself,and a data conversion interface from Revit to Unity3 D is established.(4)Through the secondary development of Unity3 D,the BIM model and model data are linked in Unity3 D.The first person roaming,data browsing,schedule checking and other functions are developed according to the engineering requirements,and the program is published on the computer,mobile and web-page.It is applied in practical engineering.(5)The research of this paper involves the new direction of the expansion of BIM technology,namely,the development of platform.At the same time,combined with the urbanunderground integrated pipe gallery project,the collaborative management is assisted by the advanced means,which improves the efficiency and accuracy of the construction phase of the project,and lays a theoretical and technical foundation for the subsequent platform building. |
