As the development of science and technology,Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)has been widely applied.Compared with other motors,PMSM has simple structure,small volume,light weight and relatively low loss.In the recent years,researchers have got great improvement in research on material technology and they have increasingly high demand on permanent magnet's performance.In the meantime,manipulative technology also develops and the application of PMSM has become widespread.In practical control system,grasping motor speed and rotor position become more important.Traditional method is to install mechanical sensor on the motor rotor,but this method will bring installation trouble,poor accuracy and expensive system cost.To solve these deficiencies,domestic and foreign research institutes have gradually attach much importance to sensorless control technology,but most institutes' research emphasize is still limited by specified speed range.This text will discuss mainly suitable sensorless control method under zero-speed,low-speed and high-speed condition and put forward a compound sensorless control system technology covering all the speed range that can be applied to PMSM.This txt has just finished the simulation model building of compound sensorless system in Matlab/Simulink,and then conduct simulation and given the analysis.The text studies and analyzes the space vector PWM(SVPWM)in PMSM vector control system.Build simulation model of PMSM vector control system through Matlab/Simulink,and then simulate and analyze.Utilize fluctuating high-frequency signal injection in the zero-speed and low-speed stage,and in the meantime,introduce the principle of fluctuating high-frequency signal injection.Build simulation model through Matlab/Simulink and perform the simulation and analyze it.Using a sliding-mode observer to introduce its basic principle in the middle-speed or high-speed process.To control the influence buffeting brings,improvement program has been proposed.The detail is to replace hyperbolic tangent function with switch function and replace direct algorithm with phase-locked loop technology.In this way,speed and rotor position can be exactly estimated.Finally,build simulation model,perform the simulation and analyze it.To achieve accurate measurement of sensorless control covering all the speed range,the text has combined with two sensorless technologies and switch two control strategies with weighed hysteresis switching algorithm in proper speed range.Then build simulation model of PSMS compound sensorless control system through Matlab/Simulink,simulate and analyze it.The result can reach smooth transition and achieve the expected effects.
