| According to the needs of the experiment,this thesis mainly focuses on the analog signal acquisition and processing system,namely the development of a 128-channel energy spectrum amplifier.Including design of main preamplifier、 anode plate、 main amplifier、chassis,and the fabrication of the circuit board,the soldering of the circuit board,the testing of single circuit and combination of the whole system.The 128-channel spectrometer amplifier system is mainly used in nuclear electron radiation detection technology and electronics cross-measurement experiments.It plays an important role in the acquisition and processing of analog signals.This instrument design will be used to measure the yield distribution and energy distribution of different charge state ions after particle target shooting.There are 128-channel spectrometer amplifier performance advantages: including preamplifier 、main amplifier、chassis and so on with 128-channel multisignal processing.The main amplifier achieves features such as adjustable gain,adjustable polarity,baseline recovery,and zero-zero cancellation to meet subsequent circuit requirements and analysis instrument measurements.In this thesis,crosstalk analysis is performed on the instrument,and the performance indicators of the spectrometer amplifier system are tested.Based on the spectrometer amplifier of the prior art,the 128-channel energy spectrum amplifier has 128 channels of signal processing,and the amplitude is amplified and adjusted from 3.67 to 55 times.The linearity is stable,and the RMS noise value is about 1.8m V.The 128-vhannel spectrometer amplifier has good performance. |
