| The travel activities of urban residents are constrained by time and space.Research on the law of travel behavior reflected by residents’ travel characteristics is an effective way to fundamentally solve traffic problems.Therefore,it is very important to carry out research on the characteristics of urban residents’ travel activities in a timely manner.With the rise of the Big Data era,a large number of data sensors,mobile smart terminals,social networks,information websites,etc.throughout the world are producing different types of massive data every second.The taxi which installed the GPS positioning device can provide real-time location,driving direction,instantaneous speed and other information.It provides many advantages and possibilities for the study of residents’travel time and space characteristics.In this paper,the spatial and temporal characteristics of the residents travel by taxi travel are studied in order to provide useful travel reference for urban residents,to provide superior passenger source distribution information for taxi drivers,and to provide valuable technical support for urban traffic management and urban overall planning.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)A multi-level data preprocessing method based on speed threshold is proposed.According to the research content of this paper,there are many quality issues such as missing data records and field anomalies in the original data of taxi.Through many aspects of quality analysis and experiments,the preprocessing method of taxi data is perfected,and the method is used to preprocess the experimental data.(2)Analysis of spatial and temporal characteristics of urban residents’ travel at multiple time scales and multiple spatial scales.By using the previously processed data for getting on the taxi,getting off the taxi,and getting on and off the overall data,the time characteristics of urban residents’ travel were analyzed from the overall,different time periods,working days and rest days,travel duration,flight length,and travel efficiency at the time level,and the spatial characteristics of urban residents’ travel were analyzed from the overall,different planning and zoning,district,street,key transportation hub,important business circle at the spatial level,to make the study more detailed and more comprehensive.(3)A multi-index method for urban resident travel dynamics is put forward based on taxi data.Firstly,the time-space distribution of urban residents travel hotspots are analyzed.Then by using the regional relative attraction index,regional two-way flow index and regional two-way flow equilibrium index proposed in this study,the regional attraction and liquidity of resident travel are analyzed.Finally,the results of the analysis are visualized.Through the study of the above contents,the following main conclusions are obtained:(1)The daily average taxi travel in Wuhan is more than 200,000 times,which is mainly distributed in the main city area.The administrative district and street with the highest intensity of travel is the Wuchang and Guanshan Street respectively.The number of residents’travel is inversely proportional to the distance from the bus station and the subway station.Residents who use taxis travel mainly on short-distance trips.The most common travel time is 5-10 minutes.Taxi empty time is also relatively short,with no more than 5 minutes and rarely more than 40 minutes.(2)The distribution trend of the number of getting-on and getting-off the taxi in each time period is basically the same.4:00-5:00 is the lowest time in the whole day,and then the amount of travel times gradually increases,and travel amount tends to be stable at 9:00-14:00,and the travel amount is relatively reduced from 16:00 to 17:00,and the nighttime peak is at 20:00 to 23:00.(3)Judging from the relative attractiveness of the region,at the administrative district level,the flow of taxi passengers from Jiang’an is the highest,Hongshan and Qingshan are more attractive.At the street level,the attractiveness of Hanzheng Street and Minzu Street is the largest,with Xinhua Street,Ronghua Street,Wujiashan Street and other streets with the largest outflow.(4)From the perspective of interregional mobility,Wuhan is showing a tendency to shift from the main urban area to the edge of the main urban area as a whole.At the administrative district level,the interaction between Wuchang and Hongshan,Jianghan and Jianghan,Jianghan and Jiangxia is the most frequent;the flow of Hongshan and Jiangxia is the most unbalanced,and the travel flows tend to Jiangxia.At the street level,the interflow of Guanshan Street and Guandong Street of East Lake Development Zone is the most frequent,and the interflow between Wujiashan Street and Cihui Street is the most unbalanced,and the travel flows tend to Cihui Street. |
