| Masonry and reinforced concrete arch bridges are widely used and distributed in the southwest of China where the foundation conditions are good because of its unique stress characteristics and beautiful shape. With the rapid development of traffic science and technology in China, traffic facilities have been continuously improved, and the speed of driving has been continuously improved. Most of the in-service masonry arch bridges and reinforced concrete arch bridges are facing maintenance and reinforcement.A large number of load tests measured data have shown that there is a certain correlation between driving speeds and the impact coefficient of the bridges. However, only the calculation formula of the impact coefficient related to the fundamental frequency of the structure is given in the current specification, and the driving speed is not considered. For this reason, based on a large number of masonry and reinforced concrete arch bridge dynamic load test measured data, combined with finite element software simulation, have carried out the following research work:(1)Summarizing the research status of the development status and impact coefficient to the masonry and reinforced concrete arch bridges at home and abroad;(2)According to the data of dynamic load test, the dynamic response analysis of Tantong Bridge in Linshui County is carried out;(3)Based on six relatively complete dynamic load test data of the arch bridges, the effects of driving speed, base frequency,span,rise-span ratio, building form and filling on the arch to the impact coefficient of the masonry arch bridge are analyzed. The influence of driving speed on the impact coefficient under the coupling effect of vehicle-bridge is simulated with finite element software;(4)According to the data from the dynamic load test, the dynamic response analysis of the Cuokaixia Bridge in Wushan County is carried out;(5)Based on the dynamic load test data of 34 relatively complete reinforced concrete arch bridges, the effects of vehicle speed, fundamental frequency,span,cross-span ratio, and arch form on the impact coefficient of reinforced concrete arch bridges are analyzed. The influence of driving speed on the impact coefficient under the coupling effect of vehicle-bridge is simulated with finite element software. |
