With the deepening of green development in China,gas as a green fuel with environmental protection and energy efficiency is widely used in people's life and work.With the popularity of gas,gas leakage accidents are more frequent.Once the gas is leaked,its flammable,explosive and toxic nature will cause great economic and personnel casualties.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a GIS system that can predict and evaluate gas leakage and diffusion in time.The Gauss diffusion model with clear physical concept,experimental base,computation speed is the simulation of gas leakage and diffusion concentration distribution,diffusion model is one of the most widely used gas is the most popular,but the model is stable wind field based on the actual situation of the wind field is at any time may change for small and medium scale,dangerous gas diffusion,the diffusion effect of regional meteorological conditions on the diffusion results is great.The development platform based on desktop gas leakage and diffusion GIS platform has many shortcomings,such as expensive platform,self built map,large footprint of local database,etc.WEBGIS can overcome these shortcomings.This paper will make a research on four aspects of the classical Gauss diffusion model by revising and validating the model,integrating the Gauss diffusion model,Baidu map API and case analysis.First,the theoretical model of gas leakage and diffusion is introduced.Based on the Gauss diffusion model,a gas leakage and diffusion model suitable for the changing wind field is established by introducing the mathematical method of time segment processing and coordinate system change.Two,the improved model is proved to be correct by Matlab software and CFD software,compared with the theoretical model under the same constant wind field conditions,the cloud length,cloud width,diffusion distance and axial gas concentration distribution of the two models were compared.Three.Introduce the programming language,E language,Javascript,Html5,and Web front end library,Baidu map API,by using easy language as a development framework,using the Gauss diffusion model to calculate the concentration of the space point value,the output for the.Js library and generate Html5 documents,read Html5 documents generated by the E language WEB browser control,and operated by the DOM Html5 to load the.Js library calls Baidu map API to generate images and contour map of leakage and diffusion on the map.The Web Gis system that can evaluate the gas leakage and diffusion of gas in time is established.Four,through the establishment of the gas leakage and diffusion Web Gis system in the two situations of changing wind field and constant wind field,and comparing the results,it shows that the improved model of the changing wind field is more suitable for the actual gas diffusion rule.This paper has two innovations,establishing suitable for gas leakage and diffusion model of variable wind field;the new Web Gis system to establish the integrated theoretical model of gas leakage and Baidu map API,these studies will have gas cloud formation prediction and assessment of gas contribute to more accurate and more timely after the leakage.
