Double disc asynchronous magnetic coupling is a kind of electromagnetic induction based on the principle of the new permanent magnetic transmission device,not only has the flexible start,no friction and low requirement of neutral,more important is it can according to the actual condition of adjusting air gap between the permanent magnet disc and the conductor rotor disc and achieve the desired output speed and so the torque and speed regulating device in the magnetic coupler drive plays an important role.This paper introduces the research status and significance of magnetic coupler,analyzes the importance of speed regulating device to the speed regulation of magnetic coupler,and puts forward a more advantageous double disk asynchronous magnetic coupler connecting rod speed regulating device by comparing with the traditional magnetic coupler speed regulation mechanism.Based on the basic structure of the dual disk asynchronous magnetic coupler,its working principle and speed regulation mechanism are elaborated in detail.Anew type of dual disk magnetic coupler speed regulation device is designed based on planar linkage mechanism.The motion precision of the magnetic coupler speed regulation device can directly determine the adjusting precision of the speed and torque of the output,and the motion analysis of the speed regulation mechanism is analyzed by the complex vector method.The equation of motion is derived,and the corresponding characteristic curve is drawn by Matlab,which reflects the running state of the speed regulation mechanism more intuitively,and uses Adams simulation software to further assist the analysis and verification of the speed regulation mechanism,so as to ensure the accuracy and stability of the speed regulating device.Based on the theoretical analysis of the screw in the double disk asynchronous magnetic coupler speed control device,the deformation diagram of the screws at different time was drawn by Matlab.The static analysis and modal analysis of the double disk speed regulating mechanism were carried out with the ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software,and the strength and stiffness of the structure were verified.The control system of the dual disk asynchronous magnetic coupler speed control device is designed.Based on the PID control theory,the control system is simulated with Simulink.The output response diagram of the control system after adding PID is given,and the controllability of the speed control system is analyzed.According to the actual conditions of engineering environment,a 40KW double disk asynchronous magnetic coupler for mining belt conveyor is designed.The transmission shaft and torque in the speed regulating device are checked,and the feasibility of the design of the dual disk asynchronous magnetic coupler speed control device is verified.
