In the revolution of new building industrialization,because of the short construction period,high quality and small environmental pollution of prefabricated building structures,the technology application of Precast assembly type architecture has come into the practice of construction engineering in China,which has become one of the trends of the future construction industrialization in China.In the assembly-type building structure,the structure members form a whole through the connection form of the joint,which forms a common resistance between the various unfavorable loads and the structural members.The quality and performance of the beam and column in the fabricated building structure can be well guaranteed due to the prefabricated production in the factory beforehand.In engineering practice,the connection between beam and beam,column and column,beam and column is often not ideal,which reduces the integrity of the structure and can not meet the design requirements."Strong column weak beam" type frame structures are often appear,lead to prefabricated structures destroyed in the earthquake.Therefore,the failure of connecting joints between components is an important factor in the earthquake damage of the assembled structures,and the key point to solve such problems is to improve the connection form and node connection method.On the basis of the research on the mechanical behavior of the Frame column-column joints in the document,an improved four-groove assembled frame column-node connection is proposed,in which the beam-column joints are connected by factory prefabrication,and column-column joints are connected in the construction site to overcome the disadvantages caused by beam-column joints,Then the beam-column nodal analysis is transferred to the column-column nodal analysis.The main work of this paper is to compare the existing single tooth slot connection mode,as well as the domestic and foreign norms on the bearing capacity of the column section of the calculation formula,using the friction shear mechanics model,deduced in this paper the nodal bending and shear capacity of the calculation formula;Then,using the finite element software Abaqus,the model is validated by comparing the cast-in-place concrete column and the four-slot Joint Assembly column,and the parametric analysis is carried out on the different axial compression ratio,reinforcement ratio and column height of the assembling column of the four-Groove column-column connection mode.Through the analysis of various parameters on the mechanical properties of four tooth node assembly column,the column get more optimized assembly.Finally,by using the finite element software Abaqus,this paper presents the four-slot joint connection mode for modeling,takes the optimized parameters,and sets up two-storey assembled frame structure and traditional cast-in-place frame structure to compare and analyze,By inputting Tianjin Wave,Taft Wave and Tangshan wave,the seismic performance of its natural vibration period,top displacement,interlayer displacement and maximum acceleration is analyzed.Finally,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The shear friction model,the establishment of four tooth node connection assembly column,nonlinear numerical simulation,the calculation results with the cast-in-place concrete column coincided basically with the numerical simulation results of the;With the consideration of different parameters,the assembling column with four-tooth Groove connection mode has good mechanical performance and energy dissipation ability,and has better performance than cast-in-place concrete column in a certain range.(2)In this paper,the modified column-column node alveolus connection of four assembly frame structure under the effect of three different kinds of seismic waves,with the traditional cast-in-situ frame structure close to the natural vibration period,on the top floor displacement,the interlayer displacement and acceleration at the top of analysis,the results show that the proposed modified alveolus connection of four column-column node assembly frame structure on the seismic performance meet the seismic requirements.
