Research And Application Of Foundation Pit Enclosure Construction Technology Of Xuzhou Subway Yinshan Station

With the increase of urban population,the traffic pressure of the city is becoming more and more obvious,which also promotes the subway construction.In the process of subway construction,the foundation pit project of subway station is closely watched because of its complicated location.In the construction of subway station foundation pit,no matter from the initial structure design,type selection,or later construction and monitoring,it should be taken seriously.If it is a little careless,it will cause a series of problems,causing inestimable loss.This paper is based on yinshan station,phase I project of xuzhou rail transit line 3.According to the existing foundation pit engineering background and the development status,the construction technology and deformation of foundation pit enclosure structure are analyzed and studied by means of software calculation and numerical simulation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,the background and significance of deep foundation pit are analyzed,and the development status of foundation pit enclosure structure is analyzed.(2)This paper introduces comprehensively the selection of the deep foundation pit enclosure structure,comprehensively analyzes the basic theory of the calculation of the enclosure structure,and conducts an in-depth study on the damage mechanism of the support system.(3)Based on the first phase of xuzhou city rail transit line 3 silver station as the research object,analyses the engineering environment,the working condition of palisade structure points from the software to calculate the force and deformation of the study.In addition,a numerical simulation method is used to analyze the deformation of the enclosure structure of the stilted pile,and the key construction techniques of the surrounding structure are expounded.(4)The foundation pit is monitored by means of real-time monitoring.Firstly,the existing monitoring methods are explained,and the corresponding displacement,stress and deformation curves are drawn according to the field monitoring data.Then the comparison between actual monitoring and numerical simulation is analyzed.Finally,some conclusions and Suggestions on the foundation pit enclosure structure are obtained,which can provide some reference for similar projects in the future.
