The reticulated shell structure has the characters of large space,light in weight,easy to manufacture rods,and highly efficient construction,so it is widely used in large stadiums and public places.Circular zigzag reticulated shell structure is beautiful in appearance.Common forms are divided into the following four: left and right oblique rod type,double oblique rod type,ribbed ring reinforced type,and several basic unit reinforced type.The main tasks of this article are as follows.(1)Taking the Jinan National Games Stadium as an example,using APDL language(Analyses Parametric Design Language),we have compiled four modeling macro program for circumflex spherical reticulated shell;Calculated circumflex spherical reticulated shell's lengths of all kinds of use rods,and taken the radial rods of single-layer spherical latticed shells with right and left slanted rods as an example,that illustrates the application of geometrical lengths of rods,which provides useful reference for the practical application of the project.(2)Under the conditions of different boundary constraints,the number of radial nodes,spans,vector heights,and number of regions in the circumferential direction of the circumflex spherical reticulated shell,the static load is applied to the structure to obtain displacement cloud maps and stress cloud diagrams,which can get the influence of the above factors on the static performance of the four types of circumflex spherical reticulated shell was investigated.The results provide a theoretical reference for the design of such reticulated shells.The change of the static performance of the structure was analyzed by changing the diameter of the top opening,and the change in the static performance of the structure was analyzed by changing the difference between the outer edge and the inner edge.Circumflex spherical reticulated shell also compared with the same type of open Schwedler latticeshell.(3)Taking the total weight of the structure as the objective function,and using the relative difference quotient design method by adopting the FORTRAN language and ANSYS software,we can achieve the optimal design of the right and left diagonal bar type,double diagonal bar type,reinforced type with ribbed ring,and several basic units reinforced circular zigzag line spherical network Shell.Through simulation calculation,the influence of different conditions on the optimal steel consumption of the structure is explored.(4)By researching the four types of circumflex spherical reticulated shell structures,we can select the right-and-left inclined rod type and ribbed ring-reinforcing type circumflex spherical reticulated shell with better static performance.The following steps are the seismic analysis.After getting the vibration modes and frequencies of two types of lattice shells,seismic waves are then applied and calculated by using time-history analysis.By simulating and analyzing the better form of stress,the displacement of the reticulated shell under different parameters(such as radial number of turns,vector height,number of hoop elements,span,etc.),and the post-earthquake displacement,the regularity of the structure under earthquake conditions can be obtained.
