| Cold-formed thin-wall steel has its unique advantages,its light weight,processing production equipment,less investment,flexible production,saving steel,the cold bending thin-wall steel in light steel housing construction in our country has a larger application,it is a kind of promising material.It can be used as steel girder,truss,column and other main load-bearing structure,as well as the secondary structure such as roof purline and keel,which can also be used as enclosure structure.The relevant data show that the use of high-strength cold-bending thin-walled steel in place of ordinary cold-bending thin-walled steel can save about 30% of the steel in this kind of structure.However,due to the high price of high-strength cold curved thin-walled steel,the cost of building is relatively high..The prefabricated structure has the advantages of saving energy,shortening the construction period and saving the template compared with the traditional site casting structure,which is in line with the development needs of the current housing industrialization.Fabricated CS housing system will be concrete and cold-formed thin-walled light steel structure,thermal insulation and structure as a whole,the green environmental protection,construction speed is fast,high quality,standardization,and a series of advantages.In the prefabricated CS housing system,because of the hollow structure inside the thin-walled steel column,the concrete can be filled in.With the advantages of the materials,the new problems of prefabricated parts are solved.Cold-formed thin-wall steel and concrete composite,solved the bearing capacity of cold-formed thin-wall steel under larger prone to instability problems,also can increase the bearing capacity of the cold-formed thin-walled steel and,in turn,can reduce the cost of construction cost,the cold-formed thin-walled steel skeleton stress structure,establish a calculation model for calculating the cold-formed thin-walled steel bearing strength and stability,and don’t consider in the design of cold-formed thin-wall steel reinforced concrete column concrete internal stress,fabricated CSfor the development of environmental protection energy-saving and ground-saving residential system offers a new build new type of prefabricated housing system,is committed to continuously improve and enhance the level of construction industrialization and overall performance,cold-formed thin-walled steel reinforced concrete column is a new transformation of prefabricated system,therefore in this paper,the cold bending thin-wall steel reinforced concrete column for the following research.(1)To12 pillar of type cold bending thin-wall concrete axial compression experiment was carried out,through the observation of the experimental phenomenon and for summarizing the results of tests,the strength of different grade of concrete,the bearing capacity of cold-formed thin-wall steel reinforced concrete composite column.(2)The failure mode of long column and short column of cold curved thin wall concrete ware studied by comparing test phenomena with cold bending thin-walled steel concrete composite columns under different sizes.(3)By using the ABAQUS finite element software to simulate the results of the cold bending thin-wall concrete columns were compared with test results,analysis of cold-formed thin-wall concrete under the condition of different parameters of load-displacement curve,the stress-strain curve change rule and mechanics performance.(4)Based on the test and finite element simulation of the cold-formed steel concrete column,the calculation formula of the bearing capacity of the long column of cold-bending thin-walled steel concrete is presented by summarizing the results. |
