The sprinkler has become the main tool for the clean dust of the road, which can reduce the working intensity of the sanitation work, reduce the strength of the dust flying in the short time of the road, and have the role of greening gardening. At present, the sprinkler generally uses the engine power of this vehicle to drive the water sprinkler pump through the force collector, and through the pressurized water through the pipe to each nozzle, thus the function of the scour road is realized. The nozzle here usually refers to the single-phase flow nozzle. This single-phase flow nozzle technology usually requires high water supply to increase the pressure of water, thus ensuring the uniformity of spray, which will cause serious waste of resources. The two-phase flow nozzle technology can better make up the shortage of single-phase flow nozzle and improve the sprinkler energy of sprinkler. However, there are many problems in the two phase flow nozzle, such as complicated internal flow and many factors affecting atomization mechanism. Therefore,it is necessary to study and analyze the internal flow phenomenon of the two phase flow nozzle in order to reduce the internal flow resistance and improve the atomization effect. In this paper,a gas-liquid two phase flow nozzle applied to a new type of sprinkler is studied.Through three aspects, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental research, the atomization mechanism of the gas-liquid two phase flow nozzle is analyzed and studied. The main contents are as follows:In terms of theoretical analysis,First, the conditions of droplet breakage and the formula of atomization parameters were obtained through the theory of air turbulence, based on the early research results of jet breakup theory.Secondly,in order to further study the atomization mechanism of the two phase flow nozzle, the conditions and process of primary fragmentation and two atomization were analyzed, and the effects of mass ratio of gas and liquid, flow pattern, viscosity and density on the spray characteristics were analyzed. Finally, based on the above research, controltheory equations and multinomial flow models which are suitable for the research contents of this paper are established. In terms of numerical simulation,The solidworks software is used to draw the geometric model of the nozzle according to the physical object.the model of gas liquid two phase nozzle is meshed and initial conditions and boundary conditions are set. Finally, the numerical analysis of the external flow field of the two phase flow nozzle are carried out,and the calculated parameters are drawn through the corresponding post-processing software to make it easy to analyze the atomization and flow characteristics of the nozzle in the later period. In terms of experimental research,First of all,a two-phase flow experimental platform was built, the initial conditions of the spray system test and the experimental conditions were determined,.Secondly,in order to obtain experimental parameters such as atomization cone angle and flow velocity, digital camera is used to record the experimental results and capture the spray images under different conditions. Finally,in order to obtain the effects of flow, pressure, and other variables on the parameters of atomization cone angle, droplet velocity, etc.,the image is subjected to simplified processing and analysis. The simulation results and experimental results are compared, and the matching between the two methods is analyzed. Moreover, the simulation results are compared with the experimental results, and the matching of the two methods is analyzed.
