Buried gas pipeline in the case of small hole leakage was found to be very hard,in order to better solve the problem of gas holes in the soil of leak, faster find gas pipeline leakage problem of holes,we have to rule in the soil of buried gas pipeline leak, better to reduce the occurrence of disasters,so as to avoid property damage and casualties.Soil is a typical porous medium, and the leakage problem of buried gas pipeline in soil is the problem of heat transfer and mass transfer in porous media.Based on component transfer equation and porous medium model, the concentration difference is simulated.Simulate the diffusion of gas concentration over time. The influence of different factors on the change of gas concentration in soil was analyzed. The distribution of gas in soil is obtained by numerical simulation of gas leakage under different leakage pore diameter and different leakage pressure. The methane concentration in different positions was monitored by establishing monitoring points, and the gas concentration in different directions was simulated in the spatial distribution.Numerical simulation results show:the larger the leakage hole diameter, the higher the gas concentration of the same time and the faster the gas leakage. The greater the leakage pressure, the faster the gas leak, the faster the gas concentration will reach the slow growth stage. There is not much difference in gas concentration in the same vertical monitoring point. At the same level of monitoring points, the concentration of gas concentration gradually decreases with the increase of the time of leakage, and finally tends to be consistent. The gas concentration in different directions varies greatly in spatial distribution, and the gas concentration along the horizontal direction is in the peak form, with a high intermediate concentration and low concentration on both sides. The closer the vertical distance is to the leak, the greater the concentration difference. As the time of leakage increases, the concentration becomes smaller, the concentration line flattens out.The closer the gas concentration in the vertical direction is to the leak, the higher the concentration. As time goes on,the concentration of the leaking area is smaller. It can help engineers to understand the buried pipeline leakage after the diffusion rule of gas in the soil.According to the concentration of methane concentration in the monitoring point, the leakage location and the dangerous area can be judged roughly,so as toadopt more effective emergency rescue measures.
