| The core tubular stainless steel slab is a new type of building structural system,and it is similar to the honeycomb sandwich structure.The stainless steel slab is composed of stainless steel panels and the stainless steel thin-walled core tube,and the stainless steel thin-walled core tube is between stainless steel panels,and the brazing is used to weld the core tube and the panel into a firm whole,and fills gaps with rock wool for thermal insulation.The core tubes in the core tubular stainless steel slab are separated from each other instead of being connected like a honeycomb core,which facilitates the manufacturing process of the stainless steel core sheet.The core tubular stainless steel slab has the advantages of a honeycomb sandwich structure,such as light weight,high strength,good anti-vibration effect,good sound insulation effect,etc.It also has the advantages of corrosion resistance,low maintenance cost and low life cycle cost of stainless steel materials.This thesis mainly carries on the experimental research and finite element analysis of the compression properties of core tubes with the core tubular stainless steel slab,as follows:(1)Introduced the characteristics of the core tubular stainless steel slab,at the same time,it has the advantages of stainless steel material and honeycomb sandwich structure,and has broad application prospects.(2)The theoretical research on the compression properties of core tubes with the core tubular stainless steel slab is introduced.Since the compression process of core tubes is actually a stainless steel thin wall cylinder structure compression process,the theoretical formula and development process of the thin wall cylinder structure under axial compression are introduced in this thesis.(3)A total of 12 sets of test pieces which included 212 component were made.The effect of the area of the core plate,the thickness of the face plate,the thickness of the core tube,and the distance between the core tubes on the compression performance was obtained,and the destruction mode in the compression process was analyzed.(4)Through the finite element analysis,considering the influence of initial geometric imperfection on the compression capacity,the compression process of core tubes with the core tubular stainless steel slab was simulated.The test results werecompared with the finite element results to verify the correctness of the finite element method.(5)Based on the finite element analysis,the parametric analysis of compression properties of core tubes with the core tubular stainless steel slab are studied,and we get the influence of various parameters on compression performance within a certain range.The theoretical calculation formula of the compression strength design value of core tubes with the core tubular stainless steel slab is given. |
