| Harmonic drive has many advantages such as small volume,large transmission ratio,large transmission ratio,high transmission efficiency and so on.It is widely used in the high-tech fields such as aerospace,medical devices,industrial robots.The structure of Harmonic drive mainly includes rigid gear,flexible gear and wave generating(referred to below as Rigid-flexible gear system).A large number of engineering examples show that the fatigue failure of harmonic drive mainly occurs in flexible gear.At present,most researchers ignore the influence of assembly and meshing process of Rigid-flexible gear system,which makes the accuracy of the analysis results need to be improved.In this paper,the research object is mechanics and fatigue life of flexible gear under assembly and meshing of Rigid-flexible gear system,the main work is as follows:1.A new flexible gear structure is proposed.Based on the previous research results,the structure of the flexible gear is improved,and the structural parameters of the Rigid-flexible gear system are determined according to the basic principle of harmonic transmission.Then,the three-dimensional model of Rigid-flexible gear system is established.2.Analysis of assembly and meshing process of rigid-flexible wheel system.A method of assembly and meshing analysis of rigid-flexible gear system based on rigidflexible coupling and transient dynamic analysis theory is proposed.The stress distribution of flexible wheel during assembly and meshing of Rigid-flexible gear system is numerically calculated,and the stress level of flexible gear is contrasted between original model and optimized structure.3.The fatigue life analysis and optimization design of flexible gear.The fatigue characteristics of flexible gear are studied;the sensitivity of the structure parameters of FS and material property to its fatigue life indicates that the key parameters of fatigue design of FS.Finally,the multi-objective method is used to optimize the fatigue life of the flexible gear.In this paper,the dynamic influence of the assembly and meshing process of harmonic drive rigid-flexible gear system is considered,and the analysis method of harmonic gear is enriched and developed.It has certain guiding significance for the design,analysis and optimization of harmonic drive. |
