| Integrated energy system(IES)has attracted wide attention as an efficient solution to a comprehensive utilization of multiple energy system including electricity,heat,and natural gas in recent years.It is expected that with the technological progress of energy utilization,IES would play a much more important role in the future delivery of energy supplies to end-use customers.In this paper,the stochastic optimal operation is investigated for the micro integrated electric power,natural gas and heat delivery system.Firstly,the mathematical model of the micro integrated energy system for residential communities and other similar application scenarios is discussed.The proposed micro integrated energy system consists of an energy interface,power microgrid,micro-heat system and micro-gas system with comprehensive consideration of distributed energy supply,energy storage,load,upstream energy network interface and their mathematical models.Secondly,the uncertainty of wind power,solar power and loads for electricity,heat,and natural gas are considered and handled in micro integrated energy system.For each independent uncertain variable,corresponding probability density function is established and discretized into several intervals to generate scenario and calculate its probability.For the uncertain variable with correlation,the joint probability density function is established and Monte-Carlo method is used for scenario generation,and probability calculation.Then combination the scenarios of different uncertain variables.For the large amount of scenarios generated after combination,SCENRED in GAMS software is used for scenario reduction to select a subset of scenarios to approximate the original scenarios.Finally,a scenario-based approach is proposed for the stochastic operation of micro integrated energy system.The objective function is formulated so as to minimize the expected total operation and environmental costs,the hourly schedule of controllable components in micro integrated energy system are optimized.In the case study,the operation characteristics of the components in the micro integrated energy system,the energy transformation between different sub energy systems,the operation of the powerto-gas system and the influence on the correlation of the uncertain variables to the various costs of micro integrated energy system are studied and analyzed.The result shows that the micro integrated energy system is conducive to the efficient utilization of different types of energy,power-to-gas system can benefit the green operation of micro integrated system,uncertainty variables and their correlation can affect the operation of the micro integrated energy system. |
