The rapid and efficient development of the economy must be based on the hi gh consumption of energy.Motor,as the main mechanical power equipment,has been widely applied in all walks of life.Among them,induction motors are widely applied because of their advantages such as simple manufacturing,strong durability,easy realization of large capacity and high speed rotation.The control theory of induction motor has been transferred from VVVF speed control which based on the original steady-state condition model to the vector control and direct torque control which have a better control performance.The vector control can realize the dynamic decoupling control of the excitation current and torque current,and has a higher control performance.The quality is more widely used.In the field of rail transit,the traction drive system of electric locomotive is the key and core of the vehicle equipment system in the whole f ield of rail traffic.At present,the induction motor driven by the speed sensorless vector control has been realized as a traction motor to provide power for the electric locomotive.In this paper,the speed sensorless vector control technology of inducti on motor for industrial use is transported to the main motor control device in the field of rail transit,and several key technologies of the induction motor control system for rail transit are deeply studied,including:In this paper,Firstly,a new design method of feedback gain matrix is proposed for the unstable operation of the induction motor in low speed power generation based on the full order observer model,The design of the multivariable design is converted to the design of a single variable,and consider the deficiency of the stability criterion in the dynamic performance design of the Routh's stability criterion,carry out a new design method.The original virtual axis is shifted to reconfigure the zero pole of the speed estimation transfer function.In this way,the parameters of the control system can be better.It is of great engineering value to simplify the debugging of the parameters and improve the robustness of the system.Finally,the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed improvement measures are verified from simulation and experiment.At the same time,the contents of the four aspects,such as the re traction control of the electric locomotive in the inert state,the zero frequency of the slow speed state of the locomotive,the re adhesion control of the electric locomotive under the control of the speed sensorless vector control and the other problems needing attention,are studied in detail.
