As environmental pollution and energy crisis become more and more serious,it is urgent to develop new energy vehicles.Under the call of the state and government,new energy special vehicles have also been well developed.As a kind of special vehicle,the sanitation car plays an important role in urban sanitation.Based on the industry--university-research project "pure electric sanitation vehicle and its vehicle control and battery pack development",this paper takes an 8-ton pure electric sanitation vehicle as the research object,and the research was conducted on parameter matching and selection of key components of powertrain,simulation analysis of vehicle performance,and speed ratio optimization.This paper has carried out and completed the following research work:(1)For the project-developed electric drive-bridge pure electric sanitation vehicle,according to the dynamic and economical design index requirements,this paper carries out parameter matching and selection of key components of the powertrain,mainly including the central motor drive axle,drive motor and power battery;(2)Based on the AVL_CRUISE simulation platform,this paper builds a complete vehicle model of the electric drive bridge type pure electric sanitation vehicle,and carries out the dynamics and economy simulation analysis of the vehicle.The simulation results show that the design of the powertrain for the electric drive bridge type pure electric sanitation vehicle satisfies the design index requirements;(3)On the basis of the electric drive bridge pure electric sanitation vehicle,this paper has designed a pure electric sanitation vehicle with a four-speed AMT.Specifically,this paper carries out parameter matching and selection of the key components of the powertrain for four-speed AMT pure electric sanitation vehicle;designs the gear shifting law of the four-speed AMT pure electric sanitation vehicle;analyzes the performance difference of the electric drive bridge type and the four-speed AMT pure electric sanitation vehicle;analyzes the performance difference of the four-speed AMT pure electric vehicle with different drive motor.(4)For the four-speed AMT pure electric sanitation vehicle,the ISIGHT and AVL_CRUISE co-simulation optimization methods are adopted in this paper.Under the premise of guaranteeing the dynamic requirements,the economy is used as the optimization goal,this paper uses the Pointer optimizer to optimize the transmission ratio and the main reduction ratio.The simulation results show that the power consumption per hundred kilometers in the C-WTVC operating conditions after the speed ratio optimization is reduced by 2.25%.
