With the rapid development of highway bridges in China,many bridges have different degree of construction quality problems,one of the reasons is that there is a certain gap between the actual state and the design state when the bridge is completed and accepted,and the construction quality of some bridges did not meet the design requirements,so the objective quantitative evaluation of bridge construction quality has certain research value and practical significance.This paper mainly researchs the quantitative evaluation of the bridge construction quality when it is completed and accepted.The evaluation result reflects the degree of achievement of the actual state of the bridge compared with the design state.According to the current theory of bridge design,this article takes the prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge as the research object,through the analysis of the bearing capacity of the bridge to achieve the evaluation of bridge construction quality,the main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the research results related to bridge construction quality and bearing capacity assessment methods at home and abroad,and determines the necessity of research on quantitative evaluation of construction quality.(2)The finite element model of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge design state is established in this paper.The parameter affecting the bearing capacity of the bridge are changed in the initial model,and the parameter sensitivity analysis of the bridge bearing capacity is carried out,and the influence law of different parameters on bearing capacity of the prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge is obtained.(3)This paper establishes the quality evaluation model of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge.The parameters which influence the bearing capacity are taken as the evaluation indexes of the model,and the weight of the evaluation indexes is determined according to the sensitivity analysis results.Finally,the model of construction quality evaluation of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge is formed.(4)According to the model of construction quality evaluation of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge and the current quality evaluation method,the construction quality of three different cases of bridge is evaluated quantitatively.And the evaluation results are more accurate and objective than the evaluation results of the current quality evaluation method.The model of construction quality evaluation of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge based on current evaluation method and fuzzy theory is established in this paper,which makes up for the deficiency of traditional qualitative quality evaluation method of bridge construction.
