In the field of civil engineering quality testing,the conventional geophysical methods are often not comprehensive.The method of elastic wave tomography based on wave theory has an obvious development prospect.It plays a vital role in engineering quality detection and geological hazard.The elastic wave CT based on ray theory can identify the defects of engineering quality efficiently and accurately.In bridge engineering,the formation and development of CT nondestructive testing technology of engineering elastic wave has been fully demonstrated.Nondestructive testing technology refers to the technology of direct quantitative and qualitative detection of the strength and defects of the detected objects without destroying the physical structure of the detected objects.This paper first reviews the development history of engineering quality detection both at home and abroad,and introduces the research process of CT technology at home and abroad.Based on the theory of ferma and Snell in ray theory and the basic theory of elastic wave CT,several reconstruction algorithms,ray tracing technology,and the best optimal path algorithm in cell grid are analyzed and studied.The software of engineering elastic wave CT quality detection is introduced,and the SIRT joint iteration method is used to achieve fast and high precision imaging.The fast ray tracing algorithm of "ellipse constrained" fast ray tracing is used to realize fast bending ray tracing,and the feasibility of solving practical problems by the software is verified by numerical model analysis and engineering examples.The experimental model and numerical simulation analysis are used to study the correlation law between the quality of concrete and its dynamic signal parameters(wave velocity,attenuation coefficient etc.),and establish a standardized elastic wave CT detection method to detect the quality of concrete quickly and comprehensively.According to the method of concrete quality inspection and evaluation,we set up a comprehensive evaluation index system for concrete quality and health.Combined with a specific engineering example,the process of data collection,processing,interpretation and analysis is systematically introduced.Many engineering examples verify the correctness and practicability of the method.
