Helicopters are widely used in many fields such as emergency rescue,medical rescue,and anti-terrorism peacekeeping missions.They play an irreplaceable role in national security and social public services.As an optional equipment for helicopters,the rescue electrical winch has the advantages of light weight,high security.It shows outstanding performance in the flight operations of helicopter.Based on the development project of the test system of certain rescue electrical winch on the helicopter,the research on the test platform of the rescue winch driving component was conducted in this paper.The driving device of the winch is made up of three kinds of components:the load braking component,the overload protection component,and the tension maintaining component.In order to ensure the performance of the winch,the characteristics of torque and speed of these driving component must meet certain criteria.The rigorous performance test on the finished product of the component needs to be carried out necessarily before installed on the rescue winch.Therefore,the realization of the winch driving component test platform is crucial.The three components of winch driving device-the load braking component,the overload protection component,and the tension maintaining component were taken as the research object in this paper.The research and realization of the test bed of winch component based on servo system was carried out.In order to test the three components of the winch,the torque and speed of the tested component need to be controlled and their characteristics need to be analyzed.In accordance with the requirements,the general design scheme of winch component test bed which takes servo system as the main part,and cooperates with data acquisition system,mechanical system,IPC and software test and control system was put forward.Differentiated and modularization design and implementation of the hardware system and the testing software system of the test platform were carried out.The design of hardware system realized the design and integration of electronic control module according to the different test requirements to achieve controlling and collecting information of gear and transmission device of mechanical module designed according to different components.The software system realizes real-time and high-precision control of the hardware system,and performs detailed data display and data management functions,making the component testing more convenient and efficient.By means of the work of soft and hardware,the testing bed of the winch component was realized.In view of the interference of higher harmonic to the acquisition system in the winch component test platform,the performance was optimized from two aspects of hardware and software.The measures of grounding,isolation and shielding were adopted in hardware.In the software system,an adaptive wavelet de-noising algorithm based on Bayes threshold was put forward and it was applied to the acquisition and sigral processing of the testing system.The problem of that higher harmonic interfere with the torque signal significantly improved by the application of a series of improvement measures,making the acquisition signal more accurately reflect the torque information of the tested components.
