The driver needs to observe and deal with the traffic environment around the vehicle during the driving process.In particular,driving behaviors such as steering operation and lane change,if not enough observation of the traffic environment,or improper operation of the decision-making vehicle,may result in The occurrence of traffic accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to study the driver's intention of lane change.The driver's intention of lane change can be used to assess the risk of the next lane change,reminding the driver to pay attention to the safety of the current operation,and even to interfere with his driving behavior.Possibly reduce the possibility of accidents.Firstly,the research status of driver's lane change intention identification method at home and abroad is analyzed.The correlation between the research of the signal of the turn signal and the lane change intention is selected.The posture of the driver's head movement in the course of lane change is studied during the lane change process.The driver's initiative,the final selection of the steering wheel rotation data construction model,the comparative analysis of the driver's different states under the change of lane behavior,extraction of the driver's driving characteristics of the characteristics of parameters,based on hidden Markov theory,the establishment of a lane change Intention to identify the model and evaluate the effect of the model.The specific research work in this paper is as follows:(1)According to the purpose of the study,analyze and classify the lane change process,prepare and skillfully identify the relevant equipment(such as camera equipment and driving simulation equipment)for lane change intention identification,and design the data acquisition plan.Research and analysis make a pave.(2)Statistics on the turn-on rate of the turn signal during driving by the driver on the basis of drive test and recording.Through the implementation of the test program,the driver's number of lane changes and the number of turns of the turn signal are recorded,which facilitates the correlation principle to analyze the relationship between turn signal turn-on and lane change intention.(3)Research on the characteristics of the driver's head movement to supplement the lane change intention identification.Based on the KLT algorithm,the driver facial feature points are divided,and the facial tracking feature region is determined,and the histograms of the feature regions of different head rotation postures are compared and similarity analysis is performed to estimate the head postures.Judging the driver's head movements to determine the driver's initiative to change lanes.(4)Handle the driver's steering wheel rotation data.Through the relevant data collected by experiments,the variation of characteristic parameters was studied,and the characteristic parameters were established as model input values.(5)A HMM theory identification model was established.First,the basic algorithm and application of Hidden Markov Model are introduced.Then,Select the model input values for model training.Finally,a lane change intention recognition model based on HMM is established.The thesis is mainly to identify the driver's lane change intention,the research content includes three parts,the correlation analysis of turning on the lights;estimate and determine the driver's head posture,identify the driver's head rotation;use the driver The data related to the steering wheel's rotation characteristics was used to identify the driver's intention to change lanes using hidden Markov theory.The research of driver's intention field provides reference and reference.
