Study On Elderly-adaptive Planning And Design Of Public Space For Typical Community In Changsha

With the rapid development of the aging society in China,a series of problems have become the focus of the society.Promoted to the national strategic height,pension problems have been put on the important agenda,is an important task of "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" period,the problem of ageing population is not only the important population and economic conditions of China’s future development,but also the important people’s livelihood situation.At the same time,the problem of ageing population has also led to the change of urban community research towards the direction of "suitable for the elderly".How to scientifically plan and build an appropriate community public environment that suitable for the elderly is an important task of urban planning,development and construction in the future.The research of its design method is also the focus and hot spot of many current supporting disciplines’ fields.The construction of urban community in the current background will also gradually enter the stage of rapid development,planning ahead of time,the construction of urban community environment needs to be integrated into the concept of "suitable for the elderly." in advance.The problem of suitable aging must be traced back to the source to avoid the formation of a new "environmental problem",and once the environmental problem arises,it will be difficult and costly to transform,and the gain will outweigh the loss.In the design of urban public space environment adaptability,comparing the characteristics of life behavior and activity of the elderly residents,the community has more rationality of regional scope than the traditional residential district.So,based on the classification of the elderly residents in different types of communities in Changsha and the selection of evaluation factors for the public space environment in the community,this paper takes the "suitable for the elderly." community public space environment as the main research object.This paper constructs the evaluation system of the aging public space environment,and studies the relationship between the characteristics of daily life behavior and the public space environment of the middle-aged and elderly residents in typical communities by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the typed analysis method and the structure comparison method.And by using the expert scoring method and the subject scoring method proposed in the evaluation system,it is concluded that there are different types that suitable for the elderly of typical community public environment.Among them,the degree that suitable for the elderly of the public environment of the old community is medium,the old community with the traditional culture is obviously lower in the hardware of the facilities,while the degree that suitable for the elderly of the public environment of the new community is relatively high.However,there are still some factors of low degree of aging,which needs to be optimized and improved.The author puts forward the key points of the aging design from the three aspects of the community planning and design,the detailed design of the space environment and the design of the social public space auxiliary facilities to provide support for the construction of the aging community.This article mainly on qualitative research,while quantitative research is complementary,taking research information,statistics and questionnaire analysis as the foundation,based on the perspective of development of community that suitable for the elderly in the context of an aging society,it analyzes the framework of the community public space environment system that suitable for the elderly from a macro level,analyzes the structure and system indicators of the community public space environment from the meso level,and analyzes the different characteristic needs of the community elderly group and the characteristics of outdoor activities and public space facilities from the micro level,while studying the environment design that suitable for the elderly for public space in typical community of Changsha.
