Based on the requirements of environmental protection and equipment miniaturization and easy maintenance,the solid switchgear has developed rapidly in recent years,but there are still some problems to be solved.In this paper,for the solid-state switchgear insulation material epoxy resin,the reliability of the epoxy resin insulation medium needs to be further tested around the long-term operation of the solid-state switchgear,and the existing research results lack a more accurate theoretical support for the solid insulated switchgear product design.There is no corresponding relationship between the insulation life of the solid insulated switch and its own insulation parameters.Formulated a research program for these three issues,including the evaluation of the long-term aging life of medium-voltage epoxy resin insulation,the dispersion of the insulation level of the typical structure of solid insulation and the experimental research on the insulation reliability factors of composite insulation under severe working conditions such as condensation and pollution,short-time overvoltage.This paper designed electrical aging test conditions,solid insulation,composite insulation short-time over voltage test,measuring insulation parameters,combined with the electric field simulation,X-ray flaw detection,etc.Finally it is concluded that the electric endurance curve of the typical electrode structure of epoxy resin,the influence of initial insulation parameters on the electric endurance and the influence of mal-conditions on the insulation level of composite insulation.Thus,the design Suggestions and operating voltage limits of solid state switches are determined.The environmental pollution degree requirements for the normal operation of solid switch cabinets and the parameters for the ex-factory inspection of insulating parts are proposed.Finally,it provides theoretical support and practical suggestions for the design and operation of solid switchgear. |
