Combining the characteristics of induction motor and magnetic bearing,bearingless induction motor(BIM)can not only produce electromagnetic torque to drive the load,but also radial force for rotor suspension.Because of its potential value and complex control system,it has become a new research area in alternating current drive domain at present.In BIM,using PID to control speed and radial position of rotor will cause a little bit overshoot,oscillation and sensitive to external disturbances during high speed operation.As a result of these bad performances,it is provided with important theoretical value and practical significance to optimize the controller to make curve smoother in the futureIn this thesis,first and foremost,the research status,development trend and application field of BIM,nonlinear system as well as active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)technique are briefly summarized.Focus on the nonlinear decoupling control system,the basic principle of the classic PID controller was introduced,the mathematical model of the BIM was analyzed,a composite pseudo linear system was built up using the least squares support vector machine(LSSVM)theory to identify the inverse model,and an inverse control system based on theory and model above was designed.The simulation has been analyzed as the same time.Secondly,in order to suppress the overshoot,reduce the effects of disturbance or parametric variation by the use of classic PID controller,the classic PID controller will be replaced by ADRC which are optimized in speed model and radial suspension model in this thesis.The inverse control system is simulated based on the LSSVM of the BIM.The simulation results showed that the optimized ADRC method can effectively reduce and eliminate the overshoot of the system.This thesis also compared and analyzed the simulation under the conditions of speed change and load mutation.The simulation results showed that the optimized ADRC enhanced the anti-interference capacity and improves the robustness and adaptability of BIM.
