As a new type of magnetic material,amorphous alloy has the advantage of low iron consumption.Using it as the core of the motor can significantly improve the efficiency of the motor.The disk structure of axial flux motor has the advantages of high torque density,which can solve the problem of space limitation in some applications.It has a broad prospect in aerospace,new energy electric vehicle and other occasions.A powder metallurgy soft magnetic material SMC replacing part permanent magnet can significantly improve the magnetic conductivity of the straight axis magnetic circuit,improve the vertical axis synchronous reactance and increase the weak magnetic expansion capacity of the motor.In addition,the reluctance torque is produced in the soft magnetic region because of the unequal reactance of the straight axis synchronous reactance and the synchronous reactance of the axis.The output torque of the motor can be increased by the appropriate control method.Based on the above advantages,this paper analyzes and studies a composite magnetic pole amorphous alloy axial flux motor from the following aspects:First of all,this paper studies the composite magnetic amorphous alloy axial flux motor flux density distribution,the characteristics of step when using the finite element method,the analysis of the composite magnetic amorphous alloy axial flux motor direct axis inductance,no-load electromotive force and the rated torque of the magnetic resistance torque and the proportion of the permanent magnet torque,soft magnetic pole and permanent magnet pole is studied in the different area ratio,and different convex polarity axial flux motor torque size and the weak magnetic speed ability.Then,in order to study the permeability of harmonic,harmonic armature magnetomotive force space and time harmonic frequency converter power supply current of composite magnetic pole,the influence of axial flux motor loss analysis compares the ideal no-load different stator core material,the stator slot type,load sine wave power supply when the rotation speed and very different slot and the converter supply switch frequency and modulation parameters than the size of the motor loss.For composite magnetic axial flux motor rotor loss bigger problems,studied the permanent magnet along the axial,radial and circumferential every block in radial section at the same time the size of the eddy current loss,the rotor bracket slot on the eddy current loss of inhibition effect on a support.Finally,based on the above simulation,the power loss of the sine wave and the frequency converter is used as the heat source,and the temperature rise distribution of each part of the motor is calculated using the temperature field software..In order to improve the motor cooling effect,this paper compares the winding end with potting glue and without pouring sealant when the temperature rise of winding size,studied the different cooling water velocity,channel into the water inlet area the size of each part on the motor temperature rise.In order to verify the effectiveness of the temperature field calculation software,this paper,according to a tradition of axial flux permanent magnet synchronous motor prototype comparing size of calculating the temperature rise,and compared with test results,verify the validity of the temperature field calculation software.
