In electrified track circuit of station,impedance match bond has the important functions of eliminating the interference of asymmetry traction-current.However,due to the manufacturing process,impedance match bond may be leaved tiny hidden dangers during the production process,and damaged when affected by the complex environment on the site,thus leading to the "red-light-strap" phenomenon in the track section.When an accident occurs,due to the concealment of the fault,it takes a long time to troubleshoot,influencing the normal operation of the train and reducing the operational efficiency of the line.In this background,this thesis studies and designs the impedance match bond fault diagnosis system based on decision tree algorithm.The system consists of two parts,the state monitoring device and the host computer software,which can realize the functions of state monitoring,fault type judgment and fault location of impedance match bond,and provide guidance for troubleshooting.The major works of this thesis are as follows:First,this thesis combines the production technology of impedance match bond and the electromagnetic environment of the railway site to analyze the fault mode and fault mechanism.On this basis,a typical 25Hz phase-sensitive track circuit is built to simulate the fault of impedance match bond and collect a large amount of fault data.Then,the collected fault data is pre-processed,which include the classification of conditional attributes and decision attributes of fault,use the expertise method to discretize the conditional attributes,and use the chi-square test to do the attribute reduction to get the fault sample data.Afterwards,decision tree ID3 algorithm is used to extract knowledge from fault sample data to obtain fault diagnosis rules.In addition,based on the working characteristics of the state monitoring device,this thesis chooses components and designs functions while taking low power consumption as the main consideration in order to accomplish the design of the prototype circuit of the state monitoring device,and choosing post-reduction attribute as monitoring factors.The state monitoring device can implement the collection of state information of impedance match bond and the transmission of data to the host computer software.Finally,this thesis uses the C#programming language and the Winform class library in the.NET Framework for host computer software development,constituting the fault diagnosis system with state monitoring device.Moreover,the test environment is built to verify the function and the accuracy of the fault diagnosis system,determining the correct rate meets the requirements of guiding the troubleshooting.
