As a new motor which developed late,linear motor has late-mover advantage being applied to the field of precision machine tools,intelligent production and modern transportation.The existing control methods are difficult to meet the control requirements because of the complexity of the mathematical model of the linear motor.Intelligent control has developed rapidly.Neural networks,immune control and genetic algorithms have been put forward.Combined with the linear motor and biological intelligence control,the following tasks have been done in this thesis:1.According to the structure and working principle of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor,the mathematical model of the linear motor is set up by using the vector control method and coordinate transformation,and the corresponding simulation control system is built by the space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM).2.An intelligent controller based on neuroendocrine algorithm is designed according to the feedback regulation mechanism in human neuroendocrine system.The structure and composition algorithm of the controller are designed respectively.3.Ordinary PID control and neuroendocrine algorithm are respectively used to control the performance of the linear motor for the comparison of simulation experiments basing on permanent magnet synchronous linear motor control simulation system,which verifying the superiority of the algorithm.4.The system hardware scheme and the main circuit are designed based on the scheme of the linear motor control system.The system experiment analysis was carried out for the control signal and operation of the motor.The neuroendocrine control of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor proposed in this thesis provides a new idea for research of linear motor control.And the linear motor control system provides an experimental platform for related research.
