The control systems of multi-motor drive are widely used in industrial production,because the performance of overall system can be directly affected by performance of synchronous control,so there are strict synchronous control requirements for multi-motor operation in many applications.With the development of industrial network control technology,networked control systems are increasingly used in control system of multi-motor synchronous control drive.It is more difficult to achieve high-precision synchronous control for control system of multi-motor in network environment.Therefore,it has great significance to study the control theory and control technology about synchronous control of multi-motor networked control system.The problem about synchronization control of speed for networked control systems of multi-motor is studied in this paper.In order to achieve the goal of reducing the synchronous control error between multiple motors and improving the overall control performance of the control system,so the influence of the network factor is considered.This kind about control strategy of multi-motor ring coupling fuzzy adaptive speed synchronization based on network environment was proposed,and carry out related research.The specific work is as follows:The research status about the synchronization control speed for the networked control system of multi-motor at home and abroad has been studied and reviewed,by reading the relevant literature at home and abroad.The concept of multi-motor synchronous control and index of synchronous control performance are introduced;Various structures of synchronous control and their theories for control systems of multi-motor are discussed,Several kinds of speed synchronous control structures have been subjected to relevant simulation experiments and comparative analysis;The current control algorithm applications for control systems of multi-motor are analyzed and compared.A number of studies have been conducted on the networked related issues for control systems of multi-motor.Including the structure of the networked control system of multi-motor,the influence of network factors on the performance of synchronous control of multi-motor,and simulation modeling method for networked control system of multi-motorbased on Truetime software.And according to the above research on relevant issues,for cross-coupled control structures of speed synchronous based on dual motors,two kinds of feedback-compensated for networked control systems of dual-motor cross-coupling have been constructed.Then the system's simulation modeling is completed,the speed synchronization control performance of the motor was studied through simulation experiments.The structure of cross-coupling synchronous control is only suitable for dual-motor control systems.For the networked control system of multi-motor,the control strategy about the networked control system of ring coupling structure was constructed and the feasibility analysis was conducted and the feasibility was analyzed;The algorithm of fuzzy adaptive control was used to design the controller of the motor.The fuzzy adaptive controller design and the simulation software design of fuzzy adaptive control algorithm based on Truetime software are completed.The parallel independent structure of three-motor PID control,the ring coupling structure of PID control and the ring coupling structure of fuzzy adaptive control are modeled in a network environment,and synchronization performance simulation experiments.Then their synchronization performance is simulated and experimented.Networked control system of multi-motor for fuzzy adaptive ring coupling control strategy has good speed synchronous control performance verified.The fuzzy adaptive ring coupling control strategy proposed for networked control systems of multi-motor is applied to a networked control system of multi-motor winding tension.Then the strategy was studied by relevant simulation experiments.Then the strategy was studied by relevant simulation experiments,it was verified that can effectively improve the performance of tension control.The networked control system experimental platform of multi-motor based on PROFIBUS-DP network was established.The design of related application was carried out and the implementation method of its control strategy was studied.
