Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machines(PMSMS)are attractive for a variety of drive systems due to their high efficiency and power density.It is apparent that some faults may occur in PMSM during the operation of drive systems,faults originating either in the machine or in the inverter may lead to instability and seriously affect the personal safety.In order to guarantee the control system of PMSM can continue to operate under certain conditions while the fault occurred,domestic and foreign experts regard the fault-tolerant control of PMSM as an important research topic.In this paper,the fault-tolerant control technology of PMSM is studied,which is mainly aimed at fault tolerant control of PMSM under open-phase fault..The main work of this paper is organized as follows:Firstly,the background significance and development of PMSM are introduced on the basis of consulting relevant literature and information.Fault-tolerant topology and control strategies of common three-phase AC motors are summarized and the advantages and disadvantages of the current fault tolerance technologies of PMSM are analyzed in detail.And new fault-tolerant control strategies are proposed for single-phase open-circuit faults of the motor.Secondly,through the mathematical model of three-phase PMSM in normal state and the derived sector decision function,the vector control system based on Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation(SVPWM)under normal conditions are studied.Thirdly,for the single-phase open-circuit fault of three-phase PMSM,the mathematical model of PMSM is analyzed,the electromagnetic torque equation of the faulted motor is obtained,and the fault-tolerant topology of the PMSM is designed.On the basis of these studies,a post-fault SVPWM modulation method is proposed,and a sector decision method for combined vector in fault-tolerant state is derived.Furthermore,based on the post-fault mathematical model,conduct fault-tolerant control using vector control strategy.Fourthly,the hardware circuit and software scheme of the PMSM are designed based on the fault-tolerant topology.The hardware part mainly includes four modules: drive board,logic board,FS400R07A1E3 intelligent inverter module and motor;three-state system configuration and simulation analysis before failure,fault and fault tolerance of three-phase PMSM are verified through MATLAB/SIMULINK.It is verified that the fault tolerant control strategy of three-phase PMSM under single-phase open-circuit proposed in this paper has better control effects...
