In recent years,with environmental pollution and energy shortages have become more serious,new energy vehicles have become the mainstream direction of development in various countries.Hybrid vehicles have tremendous advantages in terms of technology,cost,and environment,and are currently the most promising green car solutions.The core technology of hybrid vehicles is the design of powertrain parameters and energy management strategies.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research.In this paper,the parallel hybrid refitting design of a traditional fuel sedan of Chongqing Lifan Automobile Co.,Ltd.is carried out,including the design of powertrain parameters and the formulation of energy management strategy.The main research work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Research and design of powertrains for hybrid vehicles.According to the basic parameters of the vehicle and the dynamic performance indicators,the structural design of the vehicle powertrain,the selection of key components and parameters of the engine,motor,power battery,and transmission are completed.(2)A complete vehicle model is established with vehicle performance analysis software—Cruise,The complete vehicle optimization model is established by Integrating Isight software with Cruise software with taking the vehicle transmission bias speed ratio and power performance as the constraints and taking fuel consumption and maximum climbing grade of 100 kilometers as optimization goal.The vehicle optimization model is solved by using the NSGA-II algorithm Simulation results show that the optimized vehicle economy and power performance have been significantly improved.(3)The five common operating modes of parallel hybrid vehicles are studied and analyzed,and a fuzzy control strategy with good real-time performance and strong robustness is proposed.The secondary development of ADVISOR software is carried out and a fuzzy control strategy vehicle model is established The simulation results show that the fuzzy control strategy makes the whole vehicle engine more economical,and the power battery has a longer service life.(4)Aiming at some problems existing in the membership function of fuzzy controllers,the ant colony optimization fuzzy control strategy is proposed.This papertakes the fuzzy membership function parameter as the design variable and the fuel consumption rate of 100 kilometers obtained from engine bench performance test as the optimization goal to establish an optimization model.The optimization model is solved with the ant colony optimization algorithm,thereby the vehicle fuel economy performance is further improved.
