Nowadays,the society has entered the era of rapid development,and energy as a strategic resource of the country has received a lot of attention.Traditional energy use not only destroys the current ecological environment,but also faces the risk of exhaustion.Reactive power flow optimization in power system is to find a balance between power quality,economic efficiency and energy efficiency through rational deployment of reactive power in the grid.If the reactive power distribution is reasonable,then not only the system voltage level can be improved,and the network loss can also have the corresponding reduction,quality and stability of power network will become better.It is very important to study how to optimize reactive power configuration.Reactive power optimization is a multi-variable optimization problem with many constraints and high variable dimensions.In the past,the classical optimization algorithms have some shortcomings due to the problems of their own structure,but with the emergence of artificial intelligence algorithm in recent years,the situation has been improved.Particle swarm optimization algorithm is a random search algorithm.It has good convergence and high accuracy.It has been successfully applied to solve various complex optimization problems.To achieve the goal of rapidly converging to the global optimal solution,the improvement of the particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to reactive power optimization of distribution network.Firstly,the basic principles and ideas of particle swarm optimization are expounded,an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm that introduces linearly decreasing weight coefficients and dynamic acceleration factors is proposed,and the rationality and feasibility of the improved algorithm are verified.Secondly,the physical model,mathematical equation and calculation method are established.Thirdly,a reasonable mathematical model is put forward to achieve the minimum net loss and the lowest cost of economic construction.The mathematical equation for reactive power optimization based on an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was established.Finally,the rationality of the model is verified by programming simulation.Through the MATLAB simulation of the standard IEEE30 node power system and the analysis of the simulation data,it is shown that the annual loss level of the power system equipment obtained by this method is significantly reduced and the optimization effect of the basic particle swarm optimization algorithm is also significantly improved.This shows the reactive power optimization of the proposed algorithm model and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is feasible and effective.
