The submerged combustion technology has been in existence for more than 60 years,but it has not been systematically studied in China and therefore has not been widely used.Currently,the submerged combustion gasifier used in domestic LNG gasification stations is still dependent on import companies.The immersion combustion is the two-phase heat exchange between the flue gas and the liquid.The flue gas in the combustion chamber is distributed into the liquid through the bubbling tube to carry out perturbation and heat exchange.The inside of the combustion chamber is pressurized,the ignition is difficult,and the smoke is penetrated.When the liquid layer causes disturbance,it will cause disturbance to the pressure in the combustion chamber,causing instability of the combustion,and the phenomenon of off-fire and explosion.In order to theoretically study the design and manufacture of submerged combustion gasifiers,this paper designs and builds a cold simulation experiment system for immersion combustion.It mainly analyzes the influence of the bubbling tube structure on the combustion stability of submerged combustion devices.In order to study the pressure variation in the combustion chamber of an immersion combustion device,a scientific and effective cold simulation experiment system of an immersion combustion device was used to conduct experiments on the relative pressure fluctuations of the different bubbling tube structures under different operating conditions.The influencing factors,and the use of mathematical analysis methods for regression analysis of various factors affecting the immersion combustion pressure fluctuations,to get the best mathematical model.Provides optimized scientific basis for structural design of submerged burners.
