| Static effect of vehicles on bridge should not only be considered,but dynamic effect of multi-row of idling vehicles on bridge should be considered under congestion.Most researchers do not consider vehicle-bridge coupled vibration when study dynamic effect of idling vehicles on bridge at present.The research field of vehicle-bridge coupled vibration and vehicle congested model are combined for factually simulation of vehicles’ vibration on bridge in this paper.Besides,standard fatigue vehicle model is derived under congestion in view of congestion is occurred frequently,which may cause damage of fatigue to bridge.Aiming at providing the reference and basis of evaluating the security of bearing capacity of in-service bridge,strengthening and maintaining old bridges,designing urban bridge.In this paper,an economical and feasible observation method and data reading means of traffic congestion was proposed for more accurate acquisition of load spectrum and model of vehicles’ idling congestion on urban bridges.Some work be finished based on the idling congestion information,which involved vehicle lengths,widths,wheelbases,axle weights,vehicle-bridge distances and vehicle axle distances:1)Statistical analysis and kernel density estimation were conducted for traffic load dates to obtain the characteristics of each parameter through solving the percentage values of distributed function,weighted mean and expectation of kernel function.Load spectra of urban vehicles and models of vehicles’ idling congestion were established for urumqi.2)The research results in vehicle-bridge coupled vibration and vehicle congested model of reference.Idling dynamic load of engine is simulated to a sine function and vehicle structure model is simplified to half vehicle with model considering vertical degree of freedom and the stiffness and damping of vehicle’s suspension and tire,which for more accurate simulation of vehicle idling vibrated model.The finite element model of vehicle idling vibration and continuous beam bridge were established at Midas civil,models of vehicles’ idling congestion were coupled with bridge by displacement coordination on contact points of vehicle tire and bridge to analysis dynamic response,which include load effect and impact coefficient.3)Two sets of fatigue vehicle load spectrum on state of driving and congestion are put forward by finishing traffic idling congestion data.Studying each vehicle fatigue model produces the percentage of fatigue damage on continuous beam and different span simply supported beam by code of “Palmgren-Miner” for the derivation of standard fatigue vehicle under the state of driving and congestion.Besides,the analysis on different types of standard fatigue vehicle model with spans of bridge change law by comparison of equivalent moment amplitude with different types of standard fatigue vehicle mode on different spans of bridge. |
