In today’s society,the vehicle occupies an important position,its development is the direction of safety,high speed.Speed is determined by the size of the vehicle planetary transmission system.One of the main ways to improve the speed and the star wheel is to improve the speed of planetary gear rotation axial sliding bearing.In order to reduce the wear of the planetary gear’s two-way rotary axial sliding support,this paper is based on the bionics principle,referring to its structure,designing the micro texture model,and applying it to the surface of the two-way rotating axial sliding support,and processing the micro texture on the surface.When the liquid flows through,it uses the dynamic pressure effect of the fluid to improve its lubrication effect to reduce friction.In the aspect of texture of bidirectional rotary axial sliding support,the bionics concept is introduced into the surface micro texture.According to its structure,it approximates to three kinds of groove,including parabolic slot,double throw line trapezoidal groove,Double Parabolic triangle slot.A numerical model of cavitation effect based on the conservation of mass conservation boundary conditions is established to analyze the influence of the operating parameters and structural parameters of different grooves on the lubrication characteristics.The research shows that when the three kinds of groove are compared,the largest oil film bearing capacity is double parabolic triangle slot from the speed,the number of grooves,the groove width ratio,the groove depth and the radial width.The largest volume of lubricating oil flow is the Double Parabolic trapezoidal groove.If the lubrication performance is taken into consideration,the parabolic groove is better than the previous two.The oil film bearing capacity is the greatest when the optimum range of depth ratio is 3.5 to 4.5.When the number of grooves is 8 to 12,the bearing capacity of the corresponding parabolic groove oil film is the best.When the number of parabolic grooves is 18,the flow rate of lubricating oil reaches the maximum.The average flow model of oil film lubrication and the fractal contact model of rough surface are established,and the two models are solved.The model can solve three problems better,including mixed lubrication,hydrodynamic lubrication and cavitation effect,and can be solved numerically in the full speed range of a vehicle’s two-way rotating axial sliding support.The research shows that in the phase of mixed lubrication,the bearing capacity is mainly composed of two parts: the bearing of the fluid static pressure and the rough peak;the speed increases,the contact force of the friction coefficient and the rough peak is smaller,the fluid dynamic pressure effect and the corresponding oil film bearing capacity increase.When the speed increases to a critical value,the friction coefficient,film thickness and the flow rate of lubricating oil increase at this stage,and the contact part of the rough peak vanishes,indicating that the two-way rotary axial sliding support changes from the mixed lubrication state to the hydrodynamic lubrication state.
