As a branch of chaotic phenomena research,chaos circuits have made continuous progress in recent years.In order to improve the application value of chaotic research in engineering and other fields,this paper proposes the design of chaotic circuits using current-mode devices for the features of voltage-mode devices used in chaotic circuits that are limited by the gain-bandwidth product and not applicable to high-frequency circuits.In this paper,the fourth-order Chua’s chaotic circuit and the fourth-order Wien-bridge chaotic circuit are selected as the research circuit,and the chaotic circuit research work based on current conveyors is performed.The specific research works are as follows:(1)A typical Chua’s circuit is modified to obtain a fourth-order Chua’s chaotic circuit,and then a nonlinear resistor circuit of the fourth-order Chua’s circuit is designed by using a current conveyor.Since the current conveyor is a new type of current mode device,Therefore,the applied frequency of the designed circuit is greatly improved.There is an inductance element in the fourth-order Chua’s circuit.In this paper,a simulation inductance circuit is designed to replace the inductance element by using a current conveyor,so that the circuit eliminates the effect of a certain equivalent resistance from the actual inductance.This makes the circuit performance better,and because the fourth-order Chua’s circuit has a wider range of parameter variation than the typical Chua’s circuit,the designed circuit is more stable and suitable for secure communication;finally,this paper designs a security communication circuit using the fourth-order Chua’s circuit.The security communication circuit encrypts the signal while completing the signal transmission.This article uses circuit simulation software to carry on the simulation experiment to the designed circuit one by one,the result proves that the design is effective.(2)By adding circuit components to a typical Wien-bridge circuit that a fourth-order Wien-bridge chaotic oscillation circuit is obtained.Due to the existence of inductance in the fourth-order Wien-bridge chaotic circuit,that it will affect the performance of the circuit in a certain extent,and it may even make the Wien-bridge chaotic circuit can’t work in a chaotic state.Therefore,this paper uses a current conveyor to design a simulation inductance circuit instead of the inductance,and obtains a Wien-bridge Chaotic Circuit Based on Current conveyor.Simulation software was used to simulating the circuit to prove the correctness of the designed circuit.In this paper,a series of circuits are designed by using current conveyor,and the simulation software is used to simulating experiments.The results show that the circuit studied in this paper has better performance when applied to higher frequencies.Therefore,the research work in this paper has a certain practical value.At the end of the paper,this article summarizes the research work that have been done,and explains the inadequacies of the work done.Based on this,we give a certain outlook for the follow-up research work.
