The planetary gearbox is an important component of the transmission system of the wind turbine,it's also one of the parts with the highest rate of failure.In recent years,with the saturation of the fan capacity,the later maintenance is more and more important.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the fault diagnosis technology of the planetary gearbox to improve the stable operation of the wind turbine.In this paper,the NGW planetary gearbox is taken as the research object,and the set Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition is used to extract the fault features in the gear box.EEMD makes signal continuous and stable by filling Gauss white noise to fill the gap of signal,so that we can effectively suppress the mode aliasing phenomenon in the process of Empirical Mode Decomposition,and improve the accuracy of signal analysis.Firstly,the paper introduces the structure of planetary gear box and typical fault and the establishment of planetary gear box vibration signal model,studies the basic concept of ensemble empirical mode decomposition algorithm,the basic principle and algorithm of EEMD and analysis,and EMD was compared to verify that the method can effectively suppress the EMD algorithm in decomposition in the process of the mode mixing phenomenon.Secondly,the planetary gear train model of wind turbine gearbox is established by using three-dimensional modeling software Solid Works,and the dynamic simulation of planetary gearbox of wind turbine unit is carried out with ADAMS to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the model.The normal and fault gear models are established respectively,and the dynamics simulation is done.The spectrum characteristics of meshing force characteristics are simulated,and the characteristic frequency of the gears is judged by the spectrum of force.It is proved that the virtual prototyping technology is feasible for fault diagnosis of wind turbine gearboxes.Finally,the simulation test platform of wind turbine,the vibration signals of normal and fault state acquisition of planetary gear box.The vibration signal is decomposed by EEMD envelope spectrum analysis of the effective component of IMF,through the spectrum analysis of fault information extraction of fault component planetary gear box in the vibration signal.Through the model simulation analysis,the planetary gear fault will cause the carrier frequency changes,through the spectrum analysis can find the planetary gear fault characteristic frequency components and related components,verify the feasibility of the simulation.The virtual prototype technology is applied to fan fault diagnosis.The experimental results show that although the planetary gear vibration signal is complex,by comparing the normal vibration signal of the planetary gear box and fault condition of the analysis showed that the EEMD decomposition has obvious effect on vibration signal de-noising and restrain the mode mixing phenomenon,can accurately reflect the fault characteristic frequency,verify the feasibility of EEMD algorithm the application of the fault diagnosis of planetary gear box.
