With the continuous development of highway in our country,modern transportation has the characteristics of high-speed,high-flow,and heavy-axis loading.When roads meet the requirement of traffic capacity,it must also make the roads safer,more comfortable and suitable.Among this,the road safety is the most important.Skid resistance is a main performance of asphalt pavement,and the lack of skid resistance will pose a direct threat to traffic safety.Under the repeated actions of the vehicle load,the asphalt pavement will be constantly worn,the surface of the road produces compression deformation,and the bare surface is gradually polished under the wear of the wheel,thus reducing the skid resistance of the pavement.Asphalt pavement anti slide performance attenuation is a natural law.Especially for the road surface of large traffic volume and heavy traffic,the skid resistance degradation rate is much faster.Thin layer cover is generally used to repair the anti-sliding performance of asphalt pavement,and the conventional thin layer mask technology has the problems of weak bond strength and short service life of the original asphalt pavement.In this paper,the anti-sliding performance of asphalt pavement is analyzed and studied,The accelerated wear test of aggregate and asphalt mixture friction tester is carried out,and the anti-sliding performance index of swing value and structural depth is evaluated.The fitting equation is obtained by fitting the nonlinear exponential Asymptotic mathematical model,and the correlation coefficient is over 97%.the anti-sliding decay law of asphalt pavement is obtained.In view of the shortcomings of conventional thin-layer anti-sliding repair materials,the paper develops a new anti-sliding thin layer materials,this material is named the RES anti-skid laminar material.the RES anti-sliding thin layer material composition and characteristics are introduced,The anti-sliding performance and decay of RES were studied through the indoor accelerated wear experiment.The bond strength,shear strength,alkali resistance and low temperature resistance of RES anti slide thin layer materials were evaluated.The research shows that the RES anti slide material has high bond strength and acid alkali resistance.Through the mathematical model,the service life of RES anti slide material is estimated.It can significantly improve the skid resistance of thin layer pavement and prolong the service life of pavement.This paper studies the construction technology of RES anti slide material,selects a test road to lay RES anti slide material,and tests the effect of paved pavement.According to the construction process of practical road use,the technical guide of RES anti slide thin layer is summarized,which provides guidance for the construction process of thin layer anti slide material,so as to ensure the construction quality of the anti-sliding layer.
