This article mainly research anchor in the process of load transfer,the characteristics of the interfacial normal stress of bolt,this is a process of drawing interface of mortar,mortar,mortar-comprehensive reflection matrix interface interaction.Method in this paper,through the anchor rod drawing machine and TST3826F-L,the two kinds of test equipment,static strain acquisition instrument from the substrate thickness and stiffness,the strength of mortar,mortar anchor rod surface form four aspects,studies the influence degree of the normal stress on the interface,the experiment,the mortar anchor casting components to add 3% of normal maintenance test after 3 days,early strength agent in the middle of the stiffness of mortar anchor components sleeve outer surface posted a week four strain gauge measuring ring to the strain value,according to the Lame formula is deduced from the value of the interfacial normal stress.Through nearly 50 of mortar anchor component method to the stiffness often drawing test,the test results show that the bolt in the process of load transfer,most of the interface normal stress of bolt mortar increases with the growth of the displacement in the first after the trend of decrease;Stiffness,mortar and the base thickness of mortar anchor component ring of normal stress to the strain and impact is bigger,and the intensity of mortar and surface morphology of bolt anchor ring of mortar components normal stress to the strain and had no obvious effect;Drawing drawing in peak intensity and peak strength of the normal stress aspects: stiffness matrix,the greater the peak drawing drawing strength and peak strength of the normal stress,the greater the thickness and strength of mortar,mortar anchor rod surface morphology and the peak of mortar anchor components drawing drawing strength and peak strength of no significant relationship between normal stress.
