In the process of non-contact operation of T-groove dry gas seal,the gas film flow and seal ring deformation are coupled with each other A simple analysis of the film flow field or the sealing accessory solid field will affect the accuracy of the performance study of the dry gas seal.In the third chapter and the fourth chapter,the numerical simulation and analysis of the single film flow field and the solid deformation field of the T-groove are carried out,which lays a solid foundation for the fluid-solid coupling analysis in the fifth chapter.The effect of fluid-solid coupling on the sealing performance of T-groove is more intuitively observedThe main research work is as follows:(1)In this paper,the meshing method for numerical simulation analysis of gas film flow field in T-groove dry gas seal is studied in detail.Using the method of grid independence test,the relative change rate of the opening force on the end face and the leakage rate of gas mass are taken as the standard in Gambit The optimum surface mesh density and the number of layers of the film mesh in the groove and non-groove are obtained.For the subsequent flow field analysis in chapter 3,the mesh generation in the fluid-solid coupling analysis in chapter 5 is accurate.(2)On the basis of grid independence test,the flow field of T groove and classical T groove based on single screw compressor are simulated in Fluent,and the sealing performance parameters under three different film thickness are compared.At the same time,the influence of the circumferential ratio of the T-groove structure parameters on the seal performance of the single screw compressor at different rotational speeds is also simulatedThe single film flow field of T-groove in dry gas seal is analyzed more concretely and comprehensively by two kinds of comparative research methods of T-groove.And the effect of film thickness on sealing performance,which lays a solid foundation for the flow field analysis of fluid-solid coupling analysis in Chapter 5.(3)Gas seal static ring deformation are solved by using the mathematical method of T groove on the classic dry,combined with the deformation control of concrete structure dimension Reynolds equation into static ring ring pressure theory and Picainuo axis symmetry in MATLAB are calculated at the fourth sealing gap angle.In the T type groove dry gas seal analysis,static ring deformation must be studied,but also provide comparative data for the fifth chapter of fluid solid coupling analysis after deformation.(4)The interaction between film flow field and static ring solid field of T-groove dry gas seal is analyzed by using Ansys Workbench's fluid-solid coupling model.The pressure distribution of the film flow field after fluid-solid coupling and the deformation of the static ring are compared with the pressure distribution of the numerical simulation under the single first-rate field and the static loop deflection calculated by mathematical calculation.The isothermal and unequal temperature of the film flow field are also analyzed.The effect of flow flow field.
